The music is always too loud. The tables are usually not cleaned as frequently as needed by those that choose to sit on the handful of seats & tables. The bins are often too full to deposit into!? There are NEVER any napkins, wet wipes or cutlery packed in take-away bags - you have to ask for them. It is universally understood that after eating fried chicken and chips with your fingers, you're gonna need napkins, and maybe wet wipes. Most people are NOT eating their take-out at home. Frustratingly, you don't find out they're missing until you need them. That's after drive thru customers have driven off. Customers dining at the store have a similar experience when they finish their meal, ready to wipe up and have a few minutes rest before heading back to work, etc. Except they have to go back to the counter and wait to be served and ask for them. The few minutes of rest were spent in the queue. This is damaging the customer experience, and that costing you good will.
EVERY CUSTOMER needs napkins. Some need cutlery, some want wet wipes. It's not rocket science. So give it to them. Retrain your staff, as part of the order fulfilment/packing process, to put in an amount proportionate to the meal size. Consider adding the item on the electronic display for the packers (like Sm Chips, etc).
Lastly, when your request is granted (often gruffly), you're handed enough napkins for 6 people (even for a solo diner). This is a ridiculous and unnecessary waste, it's increasing the frequency of bins being emptied (or overflowing), and it is costing you money, affecting the...

While the Twister was being prepared (I think they had to go & grow the salad items for it, it took so long!!!) the Nuggets were left out on a cold bench, just in the scrunched up paper bag. I asked uf they'd been sitting on that bench (for 30 minutes!) while waiting for the Twister. She initially turned like she was going to put them back in the warmer then threw the bag containing the Nuggets in the (overflowing) rubbish bin, before replacing the cold Nuggets with hot ones. There didn't appear to be any staff over 18 in sight. If there was an adult manager, he/she wasn't assisting or keeping a visual on the service area. I waited over 10 minutes in drive through but that's ok, I thought, they are busy 😊 When its my turn to order no "Apologies we are busy or we are short staffed" (there are at least 9 cars behind me still 🤦♀️) Just a young man who really didn't give a s* and made that very clear!!!! As I am ordering the young man was "yep" ...and "can I please have" I said he replied "yep" also a regular chips please "yep".
