I’m surprised at the positive reviews, ordered a tea today to be told by the young blonde girl taking my order “god that’s full of sugar” weird comment to make given it was a regular tea and the fact staff should be promoting positive comments. Move forward to the young girl who made the tea, at this point I was subjected to a good 5 minutes of loud private conversations between staff while waiting, the content of which was inappropriate for the hearing of young children. As my order was being finalised I arrived at the counter and as the staff member was clipping in the red heart she commented “god in a hurry”, then rolled her eyes as I left.... after all this I was left wondering what the hell actually just happened !!

I would rate the tea expensive but wonderful and the business is well presented and tidy, the two staff I encountered on the other hand were rude, unprofessional and ignorant. As a business owner myself, these are the staff that from personal experience slowly unravel a hard...

What a hidden gem this store is! They are located just off the main street in albury in an arcade / mall. The entrance is between coffee club and athletes foot. You can tell straight away that this store is special from the way it is presented. All the candy you have ever wanted awaits you within. Not into candy, how about lovely bubble tea? This place was surprisingly great! Read the reviews in advance and was expecting an anime store with a side of boba, but the boba is actually really very good. Perfectly chewy, the tea is awesome and there’s a lot of variety in flavours. In fact, there’s a lot of variety in the store overall (Ranch Flavored Soda?! Calypso drinks! Irn Bru! Jarritos!) and even Dipping Dots! Not particularly an anime/figurine fan but there’s plenty of that too. And the staff were lovely. Would definitely return if passing through...
