Out for dinner with family from Melbourne. Ordered two dinner meals within a few minutes of the others on my table. Everyone else's meals came out within a reasonable time, but our meals were significantly delayed. We waited for a while but unfortunately everyone at my table had finished there meals before ours were even being cooked. It wasn't until we questioned the delay that we were told our meals were being served. Yet 10 minutes later another staff member approached us to confirm the order details indicating that they had not actually made the meals, and there had been an error with the preparation of the meals. On top of this, a table of 15 who placed their orders after us, were served before our meals were even made. very disappointed in the service, yes we got the refund however this is not the point. We had a table of 11 and only 2 meals were missed, but the staff made a point to argue that the table of 15 ordered before me. This was absolutely not the case and the young boy taking the orders confirmed that we had infact ordered first. The staff were very unprofessional in how they handled the issue and completely refined the experience of a rare dinner with family. The manager on duty did not come to discuss the situation but sent junior team leaders and junior waite staff to communicate on his behalf. The team leader was aggressive in how she spoke to us and blamed us for not receiving our meals saying that had we have waited 1 more minute we would have had our meals. ⚠️ Serious Warning for Parents ⚠️

My 3-year-old was physically assaulted by a group of older kids (around 9–12 years old) inside this new playground. The redesign is extremely unsafe and puts young children at risk.

The old play area was larger, glass-fronted, and could be seen from both sides of the dining room. The new one is hidden behind solid walls, only visible from one angle, and the noise of the club makes it impossible to hear children in distress. Even though we were seated nearby and checked in regularly, we could not see or hear our child being attacked.

When we discovered what was happening, there were no staff to assist, as the playground is not supervised. Parents are expected to intervene themselves, which became very confrontational. The parents of the older children were seated far away and not supervising at all. We had to leave, and my child woke the next day with bruises and sore ribs.

The design flaws go beyond bullying. There are no age limits, no gate or door, and the playground is positioned right beside a corridor leading to the toilets. A small child could easily be led away out of sight, with nobody hearing or noticing. This is a huge safeguarding issue and a predator’s dream.

This was an upsetting and unsafe experience, and I strongly urge parents to think twice before letting their children use...

Where do we start??? This is a busy place so, you have to queue up to get a table, then you queue up at the register to order your food. Now, my husband and I understand completely about how these places are to be run for we've worked and trained 1000's for work in the industry. So, after waiting 50mins for our meal to arrive, my husband asked a waitress/team leader if she can check on our meal because the customers that ordered well after us had received their meal and gone already. Well, the team leader came back and said that our choice of meals were very popular that night so it's taking longer to get the meals out! I'm a diabetic and coeliac and it would have been OK to wait maybe half an hour but nearly an hour without anyone coming and letting us know what the situation is! There's so much more to our experience but it ended with the team leader walking away from our table, a manager came out to talk to us but what could he do? It all ended with our meals arriving..... COLD! over $50 spent on our two meals and it made us sick! Yes, we both threw up 30mins later. They have a long long long way to go to get anywhere near satisfactory with customer service and meal timing Co ordination!
