The Aberdeen Hotel — Restaurant in Northbridge

I visited this establishment and was shocked by the staff's attitude. I witnessed them yelling at a customer for a minor issue. This kind of verbal abuse is unacceptable and makes me reconsider returning.

I had a distressing experience that I feel compelled to share. The behavior of the security staff and bartender was completely unacceptable. My friend encountered not only verbal abuse but also physical intimidation, which left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome.

The security personnel acted aggressively and were disrespectful when I approached them for assistance. Instead of providing help, they resorted to insults and threatening behavior. To make matters worse, the bartender was equally unprofessional, showing a lack of basic customer service skills.

No one should have to endure this kind of treatment when out for a night of fun. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting this establishment to think twice. There are many other venues that prioritize safety and respect for...

Worst place I have ever been, the security company PSS were so rude, they pulled a water bottle out of my bag that was not even opened and took it, even know it was even opened, which line to line up was extremely unclear, me and my friends waiting over 30 min in a line just to get told we need to pay, then took and hour to get through the other line with multiple people pushing past and venue staff doing nothing about it, then inside, there are unmarked steps that are near impossible to see and one of my friend almost jared his back because of it, when we finally got to the bar to ask for a drink I have the guy my order, he had a quick chat to his colleague and then had sip of his own drink before even serving us the drink we asked for. Then noticed one of the security guards using an illegal Lazer pointer to get attention of someone in the crowd.

Was asked by 2 security guards to leave the premise after management notified them that I was under the influence of certain illicit substances. Security was well mannered and did not seem have any bias towards me, they were just doing their jobs. Management on the other hand was another story, to not only accuse me of a serious offence that could have led to very serious consequences but to also not have the courage to say those accusations to me directly but rather cowardly hide behind security personnel so they can take the blame. I fail to see how people with such a lack of integrity and basic intelligence are able to slither their way into management positions. I hope that these personnel are relieved of their positions, but I fear that may just be wishful thinking. Would definitely recommend this place if being treated like scum is what...
