London Cafe — Restaurant in Perth

Wow........never again!! We ordered 2 x bacon and egg rolls. I asked for the eggs to be on a seperate plate with a side salad. I was told they don't do side salads but can do a garden salad.....which i would have been very happy with. We also ordered a latte and a mocha. When the food was ready i went up to collect it and noticed the garden salad wasn't with the order so i asked for it - and was eventually given a very small side plate with about 10 "rocket leaves" on it.....and was advised that they did not have any salad dressing so i ended up using a little bit of vinegar they had for hot chips!! The 2 bacon rolls were terrible - the bread rolls were very soft and had been heated up in the microwave, the bacon pieces were only a little bit warmed up - definitely not cooked! And the eggs? - well, they were like rubber and i could pick them up and flap them about like a silicon cooking mat!!! So disappointed that it was all inedible and paid $34 for the privilege. The only good thing was the coffees..... can't complain about them - they were really good and the river view!!!! Will never go there again and would not recommend...

We bought food from the food trucks and sat outside the cafe and ordered hot drinks. The ? Manager wanted us to vacate their table because he saw us with outside food. We said we bought coffees from them and just waiting for our order (we have 2 toddlers in tow). We just wanted to sit in their table, have a coffee, like what people normally do. Then he returned, stating that if we wanted to wait we need to stand outside the cafe and not use their table. We said what if we order something from their menu? (food) he still insisted that we leave as we have some chips bought from outside. He even returned the money that we paid for the coffee even if we did not cancel it! Very shocking and appalling! We are paying customers and wanted to buy from their food menu, and yet he still wants to get rid of customers??! Just because we have food from outside? He kept on saying its a “rule for restaurants” it’s not even a formal restaurant for goodness sake! It’s a cafe! If he is the manager then this cafe is in trouble. Very rude attitude towards PAYING customers. Honestly needs a course in...

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STOP. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To add to this if there was a rating of zero that is what I would leave. I see it says 3.5 star average however for the last year the average is more like 1 star. Very poor over 50 minute wait for fish and chips, squid rings and chips, 2 small chips and chicken wings. If you have to go shopping to get more chips stop taking orders and give your guests an option to leave and get money back. Then to argue three times with a guest that they have the chips when they don’t…. Serve the food to the number you call not a random person who has also no doubt...
