Came and asked if they had coconut milk tea and was told they did. The tea gave me was far from a coconut tea. It was far from the one I get regularly. It was HORRIBLE. odd flavour like an off sour milk. The pudding I requested to be added was like no pudding I'd ever tried. Tasted bland and was powdery! The other passionfruit lemon tea had NO passion fruit in the bottom as it does when I order the exact same drink at other stores. It was not just the absolutely disgusting tea the service from the guy at the desk was soooo rude. And to be charged 10c for a bag? Visited on 20 April 2021, 6.45pm. Many thanks to the genuinely nice Taiwanese lady who was working that closing shift for making it a very memorable experience. Yes, a Bubble Tea shop, who would've thought? Tea was high quality, with smokey flavours as advertised in the signage. She volunteered to help us take a photo and offered my son a little gift of chocolate as it was his birthday and my daughter a lollipop. She explained how to download and use their app, which was super easy. Cosy atmosphere, didn't feel rushed, even though it was close to closing time, felt at ease. I recommend as a nice after dinner treat. Friendly service with a smile, going above and beyond in customer service. No wonder they have expanded in recent years. ...

Usually go here so it was quite upsetting about the recent experience. The lady who served me and I had a bit of a language barrier, which isn't a huge problem, just caused some confusion and miscommunication in getting my order. However, it was after when her co-worker asked what the problem was that they started to speak badly about me. It was quite upsetting, especially as I felt I needed to apologize for not being able to communicate clearly in what order I wanted but the lady never apologized. She was very annoyed and rude and it hit the nail in the coffin when she talked badly about me to her co-worker in another language thinking I wouldn't understand.
