I would leave zero starts if I could. Last night, I went to Ribs & Burgers Perth CBD with family & friends to have a dinner for my hubby's birthday, however, we had the most awful experience in that restaurant. The waitress (Asian background) was very rude, grumpy, unfriendly, not smile at all, not helpful, she seemed confused and mixing orders and she delivered the food to our table roughly; all my guests commenting about her.
Every order in my table was served in different times and each order took time to serve. Also, they missed couple of items in my order, when I ask for it the waitress who was a cashier in that minute looked at me very grumpy, not apologies at all. The only positive person was the other waiter (bearded man with a cap) who say "sorry" and was friendly. My missed orders did not come, I was waiting long time even my guests were finishing their food, so I requested a refund, the staff said " We cannot make a refund because the manager is not here, so we need to call the manager", I was waiting for that call but never happened⦠nobody seemed to call the manager, nobody came to my table to apologies and explain about the refund; at the end I felt obligated to ask for another wine and I suggested to pay the difference because nobody wanted to give me a refund. Obviously, my food came very cold, and I had to eat a cold steak which gave me abdominal pain after that.
On the other hand, poor food quality for the price even they use powder for the mushroom sauce and the ribs have more bones than meat. I feel so embarrassed with my guests who were complaining about the waitress, bad customer service and poor quality of food; so annoying & embarrassing!
Definitely, the waitress mentioned above (Tax Invoice Name: Charlene) should not work in customer service nowhere!! We had the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Donāt spend your money there. Go...

I will not resort to hyperbole and dedicate high- tempo operas to this temple of meat. Instead, I will talk to the elements that make me feel such a strong and positive connection with this place.
The first element is consistency. Every time I graced this establishment with my presence, the meals were consistent with what Iād been served previously. Texture, flavour, succulence of meat all within tolerance of predictability. Colleagues and friends I brought along, all experienced the same.
Now let me talk about the flavour. It was love at first bite. Settle down you naughty hornballs. I am talking about food. Hmmm - maybe thats not helping. Regardless. The flavour of the ribs (premium pork baby back is my go to) has never disappointed. There is enough depth to the basting to make me believe it is not entirely out of a packet and the tenderness of the meat suggests that some commitment to preparation is made. The two come together in a magical symphony of flavour that makes you feel like every bite is your first.
When it comes to burgers, the patties are succulent and the buns are always toasted and soft.
The ambience of the restaurant is stylish and inviting but in a confident, down to earth way. You could easily be making a multibillion dollar deal in one of the booths or just hang out with your kid in another plus everything in-between. I often stop here with friends before the Glory game to line the stomach with bites of responsibility before battering it with pints of calamity.

Once we got to the counter showed the order number and sat at the benches near the register whilst we waited. Waited another 5mins and decided we would order some thick shakes. As I have gone to order the thick shakes the customers who were behind us in line had their food handed to them. I could see another bag had been sitting on the counter next to it and hoped it wasn't mine. Whisky ordering the thick shakes I politely just asked if it would be muchonger as he had said 2-3 mins and the customers behind us with a bigger order had been handed theirs. The guy on the till, unsure of name snapped and apparently that question was enough to cop the bront of his issues over his shift and that day. The store was busy but not busy enough to talk down to me over the order we had now placed 45mins ago and that I had only politely asked about, whilst still purchasing more items. I asked for the manager for a refund who reluctantly came over and did so and didn't pay for the thick shakes. I explained Im not spending my money where people think it's ok to be so disrespectful in a public place. We ended up being given the refund and as my suspicions were correct it was our burgers sitting on the counter in the bag the enitire time and had gone cold. Will never ever be returning.
