You’ll find a decent selection of beef, chicken and vegetarian burgers on the menu here at Betty’s. All options are reasonably priced, with the classic burger starting at $10.50. Aside from burgers, you can also find a few salads, thick shakes and concretes. What are concretes, you might ask? Thick sundae-style desserts, made with rich frozen custard and mix-in toppings.

The burgers here at Betty’s are definitely the star of the show. In our opinion, they closely resemble the famous style you’d expect at American Shake Shack restaurants. Equal parts crispy, oozy and greasy – but in a good way! While most other places are trying to outdo each other with over-the-top fillings, Betty’s Burgers are keeping it simple, which is what makes them stand out from the crowd. Their brioche buns are also to die for!

Our top pick here at Betty’s Burgers would be the Avocado Smash - their famous Angus beef burger topped with avocado. There was a good hint of lemon in the avocado, crispiness in the beef patty and freshness in the lettuce and tomato.

The chocolate thick shake is another winner in our eyes, rich and deliciously creamy. We also tried the cookie butter concrete, which was topped with Lotus Biscoff spread and crumbled biscuit. While didn’t think the concrete was anything to write home about, it did the job finishing off our meal on a sweet note.

I went with my friends today to get lunch and we ordered via the app, when we ordered we selected no tomato sauce on a couple of the burgers - the app wasn't working and that isn't the staff members faults. However, the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful!

When we took the burgers back to tell them they had made a mistake, the woman at the front slammed down the receipt and said that we hadn't selected the "no tomato sauce" option and that if we didn't want tomato sauce we would have to reorder and pay for two more burgers.

I told her that I would go back and check with my friend whether we had selected the option, while I was doing that the lady carried back our burgers and without saying anything put them on the table and walked away.

We realised the app wasn't working properly and showed her, she seemed annoyed at us because their app wasn't working and said "I will get these remade, but only this once."

Not only this, but when we walked in we waited at the front sign which said "please wait to be seated", nobody acknowledged us and we seated ourselves - not a major issue. But if you want to talk major issues bird flying into the restaraunt and looking to eat your food, is a pretty major hygiene issue!

Do not go here if you wanted to be treated like a second class citizen, want birds to eat your food or want to deal with untrained and rude...

If i were to die, Betty’s Burgers would be the one and only thought I would have during this beautiful process. The crunch. The crisp. The flavour. All combined into a central piece of art. My tastebuds would like to personally thank the wonderful chefs over at Betty’s and my stomach are in complete harmony. The workers go out of their way to make sure you have the best and most exquisite experience inside and outside the restaurant as much as possible. The use of dialogue perfectly illustrates the deep connection and relationships they have with their customers. I feel a part of this family.This restaurant is essentially the gateway to heaven and provides superb quality products that will 100% satisfy your needs. Whether it is the juicy burger that melts inside your mouth or the creamy thickshakes splashing inside aswell. Anything you get from the menu has the seasoning of angel tears. When I first took a bite of that crispy chicken burger, I myself felt like that angel and wanted to contribute to the beauty that is the restaurant. My first sip of the peanut butter thickshake opened my mind to the meaning of life. I am now one with the food. That’s why they say… “you are what you eat”. And you bet that I will be...
