Betty's Burgers — Restaurant in Sydney

I'll start of this review by saying I've had some prior poor experiences with Betty's Burgers at some of their restaraunts, however Betty's Burgers Cronulla completely changed my opinion on the rising burger chain.

Going on a Saturday night I shouldn't have been surprised to see the massive lineup out the front of people waiting to get in a good takeout or dine in meal for their Saturday night. The staff ensured social distancing and all COVID measures were being followed, and to say I was impressed by the customer service is a massive understatement. The staff were extremely helpful when we asked for menu reccomendations and we were extremely impressed when the food arrived.

Betty's Cronulla has an excellent range of drinks for your meal ranging from locally brewed beers and ciders, all the way to soft drinks and an amazing collection of thickshakes. I can say that the Strawberry thickshake I had at Betty's was one of the best thickshakes I've ever had, and their ingenious recipe and add-ons are a must try.

The Crispy Chicken Supreme burger was exceptional, the vegetable produce was fresh, the chicken and bacon were beautifully cooked and seasoned, and it was beautifully topped off by a very tasty mayo. We sampled both the thin and thick fries and while the thick fries were good, we definitely preferred the thin fries. They were perfectly cooked and salted and came out hot and fresh. There's also a great selection of house sauces to top off your chips.

Finally we finished off with dessert from their "concrete" range, which is a collection of gourmet icecream combinations which were incredibly tasty, each had so many flavours that complemented eachother so well. I'd definitely reccomend trying the Lemon Raspberry cheesecake concrete icecream, it was truly exceptional.

To finalise the review, Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co Cronulla is very popular amongst the locals and rightly so. The food and drinks are great, the customer service is outstanding, the restaraunt is well cleaned and maintained, and I look forward to dropping in again soon to grab...

Consistently awful experience with Betty's Cronulla. One of our local burger joints so have ordered there regularly over the last couple of years. And every single time they always manage to not place the sauces in the order. May not seem like a big deal but when every sauce is an extra 2 dollars ive probably been skimped out of between 20-30 dollars over the time.

Ordered food from there a few weeks ago and walked up to pick it up this time. When I arrived at the time I was told to I asked to pickup my order and the attendant asked if I was sure it was from the cronulla store. Yes it was. She leans over and realises they'd accepted the order 40 minutes ago but she hadn't passed it through to the kitchen. I'd maybe be understanding if this was at a peak meal time but it was early afternoon on a week day, there were a grand total of three customers in the store and the staff were just standing around chatting when I walked in. No sorry, no offer of a free serve of chips at the very least. What made it worse is that when I had returned home finally with my order I opened the bag lo and behold it was missing two of the sauces I'd ordered. Go figure.

Consistently underwhelming and disappointing restaurant. If you want burgers in the area I'd recommend not going here and going to Milky Lane or even Oporto instead. Service would be better there and at least you won't feel nauseous from the subpar food for...

This is the second time I am posting my review here. For the first time I received a call from the owner after sending an email with my concerns (not sure, it might be a company representative) who said that they will compensate my negative experience. I was told that they will send some kind of voucher. However, that voucher had never arrived. All my other attempts to reach again through the provided email were ignored i.e. "Your request 1058912 has been received and is being reviewed by our Guest Support Team." and then another one "Your request 1058899" .... and it was all more than one month ago. Therefore, all dear readers here - do not trust all those replies back saying sorry and asking to contact the email address to resolve the issue. That was really really disappointing, now twice in a row. Here is my original review: We had a lunch here sometime ago during the holidays and were absolutely disappointed. It took 30 mins to get our food and all our burgers and fries were cold! The milkshake was fine. We spent $60 (the public holidays adds up) and our experience was completely ruined. I am not that guy who makes a complain in front of other 10 people in the queue but I want to share it here with the business owners. Hopefully they read it. I am very very upset and disappointed with my experience here at Betty's...
