Billabong Waterhole — Restaurant in Sydney

I went here today with my kids and ordered an ice mocha for my self , when i tried it, it tasted so bitter, i couldn't even taste the chocolate. i told the lady nicyly this does not taste like a mocha and she gave me attitude straight away.

I could hear her and the other staff member a man laughing because she put large amounts of chocolate not like standard amount and she threw the ice mocha cup on me with attitude. my kids were shocked and wondering why she did that ?

If u have anger issues and can't deal with customer complaints it is better u do not work in hospitality , i asked u nicely young lady to fix it, have some manners.

I couldnt even drink the ice mocha, had to throw in bin. Worst customer...

My partner and I stopped to get something to eat and drink. While placing our order the lady on the register was so rushing the order so much that she didn’t bother to get my name right and called me “So”,there was no one else in line it should be added. By the time I had received my coffee, my partner had already finished his food only to find that my coffee was burnt when I proceeded to drink it. Also can’t forget the fact that the lady taking the orders had her mask down and was on her phone while customers were approaching to order while we waited at our table. I don’t recommend this place for the customer service but the food is at least decent idk what went wrong...

Not family friendly at all - nothing on the menu that a kid would eat except deserts and sweets, not healthy! - no high chairs for toddlers, really? How's that family friendly? The food is ridiculously overpriced and unpalatable, the contents of the salads and sandwiches is not disclosed, the choice is really non existent and prices are not advertised so you are in for a nasty surprise after placing your order. On the plus side, it's clean, and it's the only place in the museum. Next time, we are bringing...
