Not to be dramatic but If I could bottle this night and sip it forever, I would. From the moment we walked in, the warm lighting, the soft hum of jazz, and the easy smiles of the staff wrapped around us like a hug from an old friend. This wasn’t just a restaurant. Then came the saffron salmon pasta, a combination I never could have conceived possible, golden, fragrant, and impossibly harmonious, with saffron from Iran weaving its magic through delicate, perfectly cooked salmon. The brisket pasta followed, so deeply meaty and rich it felt almost alive but in the best possible way, every bite brimming with slow-cooked depth. Each dish was a masterclass in innovative flavours while still staying true to its Italian soul.

This was hands down the best dining experience I have ever had, and the only Italian restaurant I will be going to from now on. Unexpected, Authentic, passionate, and...
