Rude staff. My mum and I had a coffee from another cafe in Olympic Park and sat in the park that Pablo & Rusty's is in. When we were finished, my mum put our coffee cups in the small bin in front of P&R's. The barista said to her really sarcastically: "thanks for putting cups from another cafe in our bin". My mum was taken aback and said she was sorry and asked if she wasn't supposed to use that bin. The barista replied snarkily, "well there are plenty of other bins available in the park". So my poor mum opens the bin and starts pulling our rubbish out. The barista tells her not to do that and starts back-tracking, saying she was joking and she's obviously not as funny as she thought she was. My mum's scrabbling for our cups while saying she thought she was doing the right thing putting rubbish in the bin, so we walk away to put them in the station bin while the barista is still muttering something. I'm often in Olympic Park but won't be giving P&R's my business from now on...

Staff is very rude. They have an offer for a free coffee for every 7 coffees, when I ordered my free coffee it was not good. I asked them the coffee is too milky and dint taste like the one I had in the morning. The staff was rude to answer this is how the coffee is and can return my money but immediately said ‘Oh anyway it’s free’ in a sarcastic way. I asked them why so frustrated and you can loose a customer by this attitude, their answer was it’s your wish. The food we ordered in the morning with toasted whole meal bread with peanut butter was also not good. It’s really disappointing to see this attitude for business who regularly visit them. I decided not to go to them and will ask my colleagues to do so. I have to pay for my coffee anyway anywhere, why should I go to them who doesn’t care their...

My regular place for coffee, today i had weird thing happened with the staffs. They had ended up over charging me and tried to prove it is correct after 3 attempt to explain the simple math. They accepted after 3 attempt with different people they charged wrong and returned few cents back i was generous enough to put in the tips box.. :) Not even a sorry for the mistake rather showing up attitude.
