I was walking the wet and rainy streets of Sydney downtown. Unfortunately my love life seems to predict the depressing weather. Hot and humid rain that seems to be like a curtain of Luke warm heat that irritates the mind of a love forlorn man. Jessica seemed interested and keen to take another step and we gad a few drinks at the Marble Bar, Sydney (can’t review it, far too painful at the moment). Regardless Jessica went to the bathroom and when she came back she suddenly told me, in a very cold and direct manner that she didn’t think I was the man she thought I was. Man, so much went through my mind as I’ve had a life before meeting Jessica and you don’t tell a prospective lover everything right away. I mean I had decades of poor choices and bad decisions in my past. I always assume that people our age have countless dark and deep histories that take time and familiarity to come out. I mean the person you are in the moment is of course an assembly of your history, but you are anew and the if she had found something out about my past I feel it would be better to discuss it face to face in the moment. Unfortunately Jessica who is a fairly well know actress did not take the time to listen. She walked away leaving me gobsmacked and also with the bar tab. So away she went and I just stayed in my seat and after the ebb and flow slowed to a dribble of self pity I managed to get myself together and order myself a shot of tequila and following that four more pints of larger. I left the Marble Bar and walked north up George Street in the sultry rain. I was starving and saw the beautiful lights of Hungry Jacks up head (for yanks Burger King is Hungry Jacks in Australia). I needed a good feed and the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks. I walked in and it was busy AF. It was like every single partygoer in Sydney decided on getting a better burger at Hungry Jacks. Though I did notice that I was the only one alone. All around me were happy, slightly intoxicated couples living their best life. Ah well at least I had my dignity! I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese and a Large Onion Rings. Man nothing better than deep fried beer battered onion rings to settle a broken heart and a post alcoholic binge. I managed to find a table as the moment I turned away from the counter, burger bag in hand, a table where a foursome had been eating their better burgers at Hungry Jacks left. I sat down and forgot about Jessica. I enjoyed that burger more than I would have enjoyed any chance of eating out Jessica. I finished. Burped and walked back out into the spitting rain and into the darkness of a George Street closing out...
Read moreI am utterly dismayed by the abhorrent conduct of Jagger short during his recent visit to Hungry Jack's. Not only did he demonstrate flagrant rudeness and disrespect, but he also crossed the line by indulging in the audacious act of pulling my hair without consent. His behavior was beyond reproach as he made derogatory remarks, diminishing my dignity as an employee. Instead of fulfilling his duty with courtesy and professionalism, he chose to belittle and insult me, tarnishing the reputation of himself.
As I took his order, Jagger approached with his tray, only to throw a portion of my meal at me, displaying a complete disregard for basic manners and customer service etiquette. His words dripped with disdain as he mocked me for working at this establishment.
Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also utterly unacceptable in any service-oriented environment. I urge Jagger Shorts parents to take swift and decisive action against his reprehensible behavior to uphold the standards of customers and ensure that no other employees endure such humiliation and mistreatment. employees deserve respect and courtesy, qualities that Jagger Short sorely lacks.
He has also made a completely fake review on my conduct at this establishment which I can personally confirm, it is all false information.
And the fact that this hungry jacks deletes my reviews of Jagger short is utterly disgusting and disrespectful as it shows that his parents allow this shenanigans and toxic culture go...
Read moreOrdered a meal the staff member seemed bothered of it being busy and throwing meal bags around aggressively. I waited for my order to be called I came out & said is it ZZ? And she said no. But someone had come up and collected my order. I waited 10 minutes and stood at delivery counter to simply ask politely if my order was called. Staff seemed to ignore my presence & avoid me. Frustrated the staff member checked for my order. Said reluctantly it was already called. I said well I asked & you said it wasn’t my order. She simply made a mistake but made me out to be annoying her for asking simply what happened to my order. I decided to politely ask for a refund. As she seems to overwhelmed to serve or correct my issue & simply does not care. Just the idea of asking for a refund she replied “You want a refund?!” as if i was being abusive. I simply did not want to bother her & the reluctant team. There was only about 7 people waiting for orders. The store was a mess, the staff seemed uninterested with their job. Maybe its a on off on their bad day in hospitality. Maybe I am on person who simply got this issue. But for me to have to take my time to write this message over simply paying for a service & being friendly I was not treated respectfully & it left a lasting impression as a friendly customer. I will go to other hungry jacks in the future. This message can help those in the future who get mistreated in service at this...
