Johnny's Kebab & Pizza Liverpool — Restaurant in Sydney

It was one of my favourite place . But not after today. I am writing this to let the owner knows about my one of the worst experience of my life. Today I came to Johnny’s pizza for dine in around 1.30 pm . I ordered 1 Chicken HSP for 17 dollors. I paid 20 dollor and 2 dollor ( both in cash ) so that they can give 5 dollor back . All went well. I started waiting . I waited for like 20 25 mins . After that I went for asking my order ready or not . But the lady was telling I didn’t ordered anything . I told her gently I ordered hSP and was waiting there for half an hour. She started telling that I didn’t order. Please don’t argue. I asked her to check the CCTV you can see it. She didn’t agree . Another lady came in and they both were telling I am scamming I didn’t paid . At last they was like we will give you food but don’t scam. I told her I don’t want your food but don’t tell I am scamming . I asked her to check CCTV. She was telling her owner is not here so she can’t check. So I told her I am not gonna eat this food. I am leaving . You can keep my money too. But when owner is back you have to check CCTV.

So owner I hope you will check your CCTV . And your employees owe me an apology and 17 dollor. And please ask your employees not to...

I was looking forward to coming back and grabbing a snack pack, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member who served me had a noticeably poor attitude, which really brought down the whole visit. If you’re unhappy with your job, maybe it’s time to consider a change rather than taking it out on customers. He also kept giving me strange looks throughout the interaction, which made things uncomfortable.

When he handed me the food over the counter, he asked, “Are you having it here?” I said yes, and he just shook his head in disapproval. I didn’t say anything at the time, but honestly, if he had half a brain cell, he would’ve asked that while taking my money—not after the fact.

The chips were okay, but the meat was undercooked and clearly rushed—something that was obvious from the presentation alone. I’ve been coming here since I was 14, so nearly 17 years, and it’s disappointing to see how far it’s fallen. As another review mentioned, this used to be the go-to spot. Now, it feels like the kind of place you’d only visit if you were drunk and had no other options.

Was hunting for some delicious Turkish Pide with my partner and our cat "soju" when we stumbled upon this neon bright lit takeaway shop. A good little crowd around so food had to be good. The place was clean and staff were very nice, me being a bit chatty along with my partner and our cat soju started speaking with one of the staff member, to our surprise it was the owner Johnny (well I hope his names johnny sorry if its not) but he was very upbeat, friendly and very casual like a mate you've known for while.
