Shame on you! Change your rude red hair staff woman. Whenever i enter the cafe she gives me negative vibes, rudest face ever and unpolite manners... i just want to share with people what happened today.. i entered the cafe this morning and i was on an important phone call and i was ordering my coffee , and this rude staff woman said to me: " Finish ur phone call first and then order ur coffee" in a very rude unpolite unprofessional way full of hatred. What i did is that i immediately walked out and went to another cafe where i found respect. Please take her to a psychologist! Shes unbelievably annoying. And please teach her the basics of customer service..just the basics at least! And above all of that im their regular customer! I can imagine how she treats...

But the guy wouldn't give me the bag until I press "Confirm Order Pickup." But I shouldn't confirm until I have the bag in my hand! The guy was like, "I don't know you, how can I give you the bag? How can I trust you?" Dude, Uber does security checks, so it's not your job to trust me! It's Uber's deal.
