Sharetea WSU Parramatta — Restaurant in Sydney

Usually I don’t post bad reviews but not when someone is trying to borderline scam me. There was this time when I was ordering my usual drink here, a plain tea of sorts with no ice no sugar, pearls and white pearls for topping. I originally asked for Earl Grey, but they were sold out, that’s fine, I went for the jasmine green tea instead. Everything went fine until I got the drink and was walking out. It didn’t look like I had any white pearls. I stood outside the store and held the drink up to the lights and rotated it a few times, and saw that there’s probably a couple of white pearls spinning around in a sea of black ones. So I went back inside and spoke to the staff, who then told me that he had actually put in extra white pearls. It would be nice to admit that you made a mistake instead of lying. I took the offer of adding more white pearls into my drink and went home. I nearly gagged when I took the first sip, the green tea was burnt and watery. I haven’t been forced to put milk into my drink for a long time but I had to so it doesn’t go to waste. I’ll never come here again, I would rather take the detour into Westfield and go to the Sharetea in there, they actually know what...

Twice I've bought large milk tea with toppings and both times the topping was so little to none even though I've paid for them! First time I thought it was the worker issue and second time I asked the worker if the toppings are correct because it's so little. Worker responded yes both sizes have the same amount of toppings. (The toppings just filled the indent area at the bottom of the cup) for a large drink that is all gone in 1-2 sips! I'm never coming here again and I'll be telling my colleagues not to come here because there's so many options down the road and this place is not good value for money.

Get purple rice yogurt once at WSU parramatta on Friday after work at 5:30pm and the girl served very quick and good customer service. Today (20/01/2024) after worked get purple rice yoghurt once again around 4:38pm 2 girls serving quick but the quality is disappointed. Used to get only Gong Cha before and got introduce from friend for purple rice yogurt drink at Share Tea. Tried a week ago at Share Tea Fairfield and city and pretty good and love this drink till today the drink too liquid (less in everything from purple rice to yogurt) and only get few pieces of purple rice.
