Thirsty Monkey — Local services in Sydney

i was so keen to try this place but when i was in westfield it took me ages to find it because there’s barely any decorations indicating they are located there!!! i reckon they should put some more photos or thirsty monkey logos around the store so people look at it and immediately know. anyway there was like 3 customers infront of me and when i got served the girl was not very friendly no smile or no acknowledgement other then what can i get for you, i think it was because she was about to go on her break… and the one girl making the acai was taking her sweet time which was pretty annoying considering there was only 3 other ppl waiting as well. and she called out my name with no further acknowledgment. the acai tasted pretty average although the biscoff sauce and the mango purée was goooddd. overall i think the manager should train the staff better to be more customer obsessed and more friendly aswell as adding more decoration to the store as it’s hard to tell what the shop...

Had to try this after everyone I speak to raves on how great it is. The bowls are generous, overfilled and the toppings are fresh and sauces are not watered down like other açai places I’ve tried. The texture really is unbeatable - this isn’t just a catch phrase. If you’ve tried multiple others you’ll be able to appreciate the difference and why this place stands out, by a mile!

The only downside is one now been a few times and sometime there’s a ~15 minute line. Then I again, most things that are great are going to busy. If you’re a foodie you’d know this and it’s definitely worth the wait!

Lastly, I noticed that there’s always a senior manager and the staff are predominantly a younger staff team who have been trained well. You have to support and love a business that offers teenagers a chance at customer...
