The Cheesy Slice — Restaurant in Sydney

My visit to The Cheesy Slice was nothing short of disappointing. The service was abysmal, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, my son and I were the only customers in the store. Despite this, we waited for approximately five minutes with no staff at the counter. We could see the staff nearby, scrolling on their phones, completely disengaged. Eventually, we had to ring the bell to get their attention and be served.

We ordered a small pizza and garlic bread. When the staff member handed me the pizza, I had to remind her about the garlic bread, which she had clearly forgotten. Without any apology, she casually admitted her oversight and walked away to put the bread in the oven. When I asked if there was somewhere to keep the pizza warm while we waited, she seemed annoyed by the request. I then stood at the counter for another five minutes, observing both staff members glued to their phones, completely ignoring the store and its customers.

During this time, two other customers entered, checked out the menu, and left without ordering because the staff didn’t even notice them. Finally, the first staff member retrieved our garlic bread, and the second staff member asked what we wanted, completely unaware of the situation. When I pointed out that she had not been on her phone the entire time, she would know that we were waiting for our forgotten garlic bread.

To top it off, the food was below average. The pizza was cold by the time we ate it, and the garlic bread was just warm and unpleasantly soggy. This was an all-around frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend The Cheesy Slice and certainly won’t...

I recently visited The Cheesy Shop and had an outstanding experience. The pizza was extremely good, with a perfect blend of flavours and a delightful crust that was both crispy and chewy. The toppings were fresh and generously portioned, making each bite a delicious treat.

The customer service at The Cheesy Shop was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. They were quick to take orders and checked in to see if everything was satisfactory without being intrusive.

The atmosphere of the shop was warm and inviting, with a clean and well-maintained dining area that added to the overall pleasant experience.

I wish rating with 10 stars was an option 🤩 Truly the best of the best of takeaway food in Liverpool 🤩🤩 everything was super delicious, the wings were so tender so juicy so incredibly good 😋, the pizza was magnificent, the thin crust and all of the ingredients were so fresh and absolutely delicious 🤤 the loaded pepperoni cosmo was such a unique and creative garlic bread, crunchy on the outside and so soft and fresh and yummy on the inside, just the best of the both worlds 😋😋😋😋

This was our first visit and I will definitely be a regular, everything was spectacular, the service is so professional and amazing too and the place is very neat clean and fun atmosphere 😍
