📍 𝗪𝗼𝗼𝗧𝗲𝗮 ⭑.ᐟ ❤︎ 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗱-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱: Chill Saturday night stroll—just wanted a refreshing pick-me-up ❤︎ 𝗙𝗮𝘃 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸: Black Tea with Grass Jelly ❤︎ 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿: Last-minute bubble tea stops, black tea lovers, casual night outs ❤︎ 𝗩𝗶𝗯𝗲: Simple, bright, and clean bubble tea bar with lots of drink options ✨ WooTea wasn’t even part of my original plan—I was just out walking around the city on a relaxed Saturday night when I noticed this glowing orange bubble tea stall. The menu on the window looked fun and colorful, with a mix of fruity teas, milk-based drinks, and everything in between. Even though it was already quite late, the place was still buzzing with people, which gave off good energy. I initially had my heart set on getting something with cheese foam (because honestly, cheese foam just hits different), but it was sold out. A little sad, but I decided to try their Black Tea with Grass Jelly, and I was genuinely surprised by how good it was! The tea had a deep, bold flavor but wasn’t overpowering, and the grass jelly was soft and bouncy—super satisfying to sip on. I love how the place feels fuss-free. It’s easy to just walk in, grab something, and head back out. The staff worked fast even though it was a bit crowded, and the whole setup just felt efficient. If you’re craving a solid cup of milk tea that doesn’t disappoint, WooTea is a solid pick—especially for casual night strolls or random boba cravings. —𝑺𝒊𝒏𝒋𝒐𝒇⋆𐙚₊˚⊹♡

I am always on the lookout for new bubble tea places or interesting drinks to try, so when I passed by Woo Tea, I decided to give it a shot. First time trying and it left a really nice impression. The team there was super friendly. What stood out most was how patient and kind they were when I visited with my daughter. She was on vocal rest and needed something warm instead of the usual cold bubble tea. The staff took the time to explain which drinks they could make warm and even gave suggestions that would suit her situation. It was such a small gesture but it really meant a lot. I ended up trying one of their fruit teas while she got a warm version of a milk tea. Both were really good. Not overly sweet, and the flavours tasted fresh and balanced. You can tell they put some thought into their menu beyond just the usual bubble tea formulas. The space was clean and comfortable, good for a quick break or a takeaway stop. I will definitely come back to try more from their menu. It is always nice when a drink shop not only delivers on taste but also on the human side of service. Woo Tea did both and now they are on my revisit list for sure.

Came in for a drink with friends and got the Thai milk tea, lychee tea with green jelly, grapefruit, mango slush with almond jelly and the black tea with pearls. All drinks were ok, however as the sugar levels were not customisable they were a tad sweet for us (maybe just the drinks we ordered 🤷🏾‍♂️). The tea taste was nice and prominent especially in the lychee and the black milk tea. Customer service was fantastic, just would have liked the added customisation. There were many different drink options and flavours available. For me, it’s not the best, but definitely not the worst bubble tea. Much better than the bigger chains like Gongcha, Chatime, Sharetea etc. Probably on par with Coco… minus the customisation of sugar levels everything else was great. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Located on George street and around the corner from Haymarket.

Had my first ever sip of Wootea at the Wootea sponsored ACYA event and boy oh boy was it amazing, its what I imagine love tastes like, its like telling your crush of 3 years that you like them...and finding out that they like you back.

Like, imagine holding onto that crush since Year 9, silently stalking their Spotify playlists, and personally crafting a fake playlist to put on your discord status in hope of them clicking on your profile and starting a conversation with you, pretending to understand their favourite Studio Ghibli film, rehearsing hypothetical conversations in the shower then boom they look at you under a jacaranda tree and says "I like you too" That’s what Wootea tasted like. It was soft but bold, sweet but not clingy. The kind of flavour that makes your heart do a cartwheel and your knees forget how to function.

I got the earl grey milk tea with cheese foam and I genuinely felt like I was in a slow-motion montage directed by Wong Kar-wai. I’m not saying Wootea healed something deep inside me, but I haven’t blinked since. ACYA, thank you for being my matchmaker. Wootea, you’re the drink equivalent of closure, butterflies, and finally getting that “u up?” text...
