I had a very disappointing experience here. When I tried to ask for help, I was not taken seriously and felt mocked by the staff. They kept laughing at me, I was sent by my colleagues to buy lunch, being veg had no knowledge, wanted 3 Bahn mi, the instructions were written. No chillies, in one one without cucumber etc… food industry is common to have specific requirements. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when simply seeking assistance. I expected professionalism and basic respect, but unfortunately, that was not what I received. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way they treat customers. Our team loves the food from here but I for sure...

I had the lettuce wrap. They are a bit messy but very tasty. The best thing is that it is healthy. The wrap had chicken, lettuce, carrots, radishes , sauce and peanuts in it. The lettuce wrap is similar to Banh Mi but without the bread. You order and then you are given a number if you are staying to eat. Everything is fresh. The prices are reasonable not expensive. The food menu looked all good and my soft bun was quite good in taste, size and price. My only problem is they forgot my order... I waited for 30 minutes for one bun. They were super busy but I had to ask what happened. The girl who had taken my order was surprised my order hadn't arrived yet. I'm happy to visit again but it's better to order a takeaway. I ordered as eat in because I didn't create rubbish but they put food in a takeaway...
