This review for Lindt is not only overdue but well deserved and I’ll fire off my reasons for so. The store is immaculately maintained and full of colourful, eye-catching merchandising. Well-organised and visually appealing, showcasing an extensive range of Lindt products. The atmosphere gives a sense of luxury and indulgence; bordering the experience of red-carpet treatment. The staff at the Lindt are always cheerful, polite and attentive. On each visit, the salespeople have been knowledgeable about the various products available and have no issues providing answers to queries. They are approachable and friendly, helping to make a welcoming environment. Moreover, their willingness to provide samples and offer recommendations adds value to the shopping experience. A true benchmark for other stores in the outlet to strive for. Lindt is known for its exceptional craftsmanship, and the chocolates available at this store live up to that reputation. The store also offers a diverse range of options, catering to different taste or dietary preferences and occasions. Overall, the Lindt Store at Watertown is a haven for the sweet toothed. I am employed in the same centre and look forward to the opportunities I get to admire the selection as well as interact with amazing staff. I highly recommend a visit to the store while visiting Watertown. Thank you Lindt!

dear Lindt Australia, the point of having a land line phone is so people can call you. if not, why keep it there? on thursday 17 july 2025, from 10am in the morning until aftenoon almost 3pm, noone picked up the phone. i want to buy some chocolate spreads, but want to make sure if stocks are available. so i gambled and travelled there, lucky the jam spreads are there. it turns out the staff working today let the phone SWITCHED OFF by NOT CHARGING the electric phone, intentionally. i saw it with my own two eyes. when i asked the staff why, she was unapologetic and feeling entitled to do whats best for this store. thats what happened!!! please do not complain if business are bad, because your staff will not do the simple things, like putting the electric phone in the charger!!! all sales channels need to be open and ready to make money, including the land line phone. not EVERYONE likes and enjoy online shopping. if you want to CLOSE the shop DOWN, at least do it in memorable style, where customers remember all the good things, and not the bad ones. NOT RECOMMENDED

Went in with my husband to get souvenirs for family. After buying we realized there was a QR code where you can claim a free bar when you signed up. Me and my husband both did and he went ahead first while I held my baby. I then gave him my phone to claim mine as I was looking after my baby. The first cashier that served him was fine and friendly but the second one was rude and told him I had to be the one to claim it at the counter when I was literally just a few meters away from him near the bar area. She is the south Asian, Indian looking staff member and she just seems rude and annoyed to everyone. Such a shame that one staff member can taint the image of the place when the other two staff...
