Blaue Brigitte — Restaurant in Innsbruck

I used to love this place and came here every time I was in Innsbruck… before today. We came with our friends to spend a lovely evening. One of us did not like the cocktail (it was very strong and she took just one small sip) and asked if that is possible to change it. They were really unhappy to hear that, did a new one but charged for both. The waiter was really unfriendly with all of us even before this incident, some of the drinks were “thrown” on the table with contempt even though we were respecting the service from the very beginning and trying to speak German. I do not know if that kind of behavior from the waiter was because we are not Austrians or because one of us did not like the cocktail that was made for her, but all of us had a really unpleasant experience and we were really disappointed but this kind of behavior towards us. I was in this bar yesterday with my friends. It was a disgusting experience because the service and attitude was very bad. So we were drinking cocktails and talking with each other and one of my friend ordered cocktail one more time and it was SOOO terrible one. It was TOO MUCH alcohol but when we came to the waiter and spoke with them to change the cocktail to another one he just looked at us like we were crazy and then he twisted his finger at his temple. It was so unpleasant. Eventually after 20 time of waiting they did new one. The funniest thing that our friend paid for this 3 cocktails ( 1 she has really drank, the second was disgusting and this one she asked to replace and the third cocktail (which was replacement for the second one) was also in her bill) If you want to relax and to have good service - PLEASE do...

my friends and I came to the bar to spend the evening, we ordered a cocktail, it turned out to be too alcoholic it was impossible to drink, after which we asked to replace it, the waiter agreed to do this but demanded to pay for everything (even a cocktail that was impossible to drink) and after that the bartender twisted his finger at whiskey noticing that we are not ourselves! this is a complete disrespect for us as customers and visitors, teach your bartenders to respect customers and accept criticism adequately. and if you think that you can humiliate us because we are tourists in your city, you are...
