The staff were friendly upon arrival and the food looked good. We ordered a piadina and a salami panino (€8.20 each). My friend enjoyed his panino, but my piadina was disappointing, as the prosciutto crudo had been cooked from reheating. The real issue came at checkout. We asked to pay separately by card, but the cashier was visibly irritated and repeatedly insisted we pay together, saying €8.20 was too little for a card payment. Read moreHonestly the food was good but the staff (mainly the waitress) were shockingly rude, when walking in I did not feel welcomed and felt like I was being ordered around. Upon taking our seats they then took my order and my other friends didn’t want to order, when my friends told them they weren’t ordering she gave a very disgruntled and rude expression and sighed audibly. After I paid they then kicked out my friends for not ordering, basically trapping me inside without my friends. Their attitude also changed drastically when they heard us speaking English!!! Terrible service and rude waiter.

Maybe that’s their secret sauce but its gross. Secondly the staff were so cold and didn’t want us in there. It was unreal. How could you have a restaurant in the most touristy place in town and not want tourists eating at your restaurant. Maybe the cold vibe was only for...
