Happy Asia Restaurant — Restaurant in Salzburg

I tried to order from them yesterday night via a third party service. The delivery guy never come. My door bell was not rang and noone knock on my door. I had to call them the they after to find out if I get my food or money back. They said no because i was not answering to the delivery guy. This is a complete lie. I had to order from an other company 3 hours after i ordered from them and interestingly they managed to delivery to me.

This business model is disgusting. I want my money back as the guy did not even try to deliver my food. I paid upfront. If they are right and they were why didn't they leave the food at my door.

I am furious the way this ppl stealing money and blaming me for the lack of morals and illegal business...

We ordered two fried rice dishes: one so-called “Indonesian fried rice” and one regular fried rice with fried chicken. Both were incredibly salty, overly greasy, and nothing close to authentic Asian cuisine. This has absolutely no connection to Indonesian fried rice, Chinese fried rice, or any real Asian fried rice at all.

It’s obvious the owner just wants to make quick money, hiring someone to throw random ingredients into a pan without any care or respect for the food.

Strongly recommend everyone not to waste your time or money here. You didn’t just serve bad food—you shamed Asian cuisine. Asian food is not like this, and it’s unacceptable to present...

I am giving this place only a star because that’s the least option available. Literally they don’t deserve any stars. The customer service is very bad and the food is disgusting. I orders Thai Mango Chicken which was drenched in sweet chilli sauce with raw bell peppers. I couldn’t eat it. I managed to only eat the rice. The salad was just lettuce and dressing, I feel like that’s not worth 4€ that I paid. I believe they are a good restaurant, they just have stick to dishes they know best. The idea pf Asian fusion...
