Mae Thai Imbiss — Restaurant in Salzburg

Omg - just finished my take home order of a Thai red curry & it was so amazing. I lived across Asia & I can sufficiently say that this was delicious. It was a thin & light curry loaded with vegetables, chicken and flavour. The owner is a lovely & polite gentleman who customised it to my taste. The portions are generous and he kindly added some nam pla as well. Although my order was a take out & I didn’t eat at the venue, I found it clean and very atmospheric - like a simple taverna. As a tourist it was nice to see locals enjoying Thai food with their Beers. No affiliation at all but I would definitely recommend...

Stumbled across this place by accident. Went in for a beer, which tasted great, and then couldn't resist the smell of the food. We were NOT disappointed! It was beautiful! Certainly recommend this place if you can find it.....and keep an eye out for the Bird Man of Mae...
