We went there a couple hours ago. I specified to the waitress that I'm allergic to gluten. I'm not intolerant or don't eat it cause of a lifestyle choice, I'm ALLERGIC. I asked her if the food I wanted to order was gluten free, she went to ask the kitchen came back and said yes. I ate it. We left around 5.50pm around 7.45 I started to feel very sick. Now, 2 hours later I'm finally able to sit and drink water, but the last two hours was hell. I don't know how they don't understand what allergy means. I asked before I ordered, I asked when they brought the soup, when they brought the main course. I am just said that I finally got away for a weekend and they ruin our night, and I'm in this magical city with my boyfriend back in the hotel, sick as hell, just cause somebody didn't care enough.. ALLERGY IS NOT A JOKE and not something you can just ignore and say 'jaja bite schon, you can eat this, it's gluten free'. I...

Worst place in Vienna ever. Most unfriendly place in Europe. Have never met such a unfriendly employees in cafe or restaurant. I came there when the cafe was absolutely empty to have small rest and to have a schtrudel with tea. But the waiter behaved very aggressive and didn’t like my plan and intensions. Because “it is a restaurant” not coffee shop. Restaurant without guests, ok. Ugly behavior and ugly place. Well good luck! With this kind of treating guests and this kind of dried, yesterday’s schtrudel I guess I will not see you next time I come to a beautiful city of Vienna full of kind...

Good location. Cozy interior. Soup with pancakes was a little bit unusual, beef tartare- really good! We also ordered baked cheese dumplings and it was really great disappoinment - it's not dumplings, it's cutlets 😀and I don't know why,but the price on menu and price on the check of this dumplings were different. The difference between prices was small and we did not pay attention. But this fact made me uncomfortable. I really hope that it was a mistake.
