Highly recommended! The service was exceptional—so good it exceeded our expectations.

We ordered a pot of tea, and they informed us that it could be refilled with hot water only once, which was perfectly reasonable as we were there to savor the tea rather than indulge in endless cups. There were four of us, and we received one teapot with two cups. Although we asked for two additional cups, the staff politely explained that it was against their policy, ensuring a fair experience for all customers. Despite this, they made sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout our visit.

As for the extra beef topping we ordered for the noodles, it was a simple and authentic preparation—boiled beef slices, offering a light, delicate flavor that complemented the dish. The menu was straightforward and transparent, with no surprises. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a unique and enjoyable...

Not recommended at all. The service was terrible—so bad it's beyond understanding.

We ordered a pot of tea, and they said it could only be refilled with hot water once. That's fine, since we were just there to try the tea, not to drink it extensively. However, there were four of us, and we only received one teapot and two cups. We asked several servers if we could get two more cups, but they refused. In the end, they said giving us extra cups would violate their policy！

As for the extra beef topping we ordered for the noodles, it was just plain boiled beef slices in water—completely tasteless. I won't get into further details about this kind of menu deception, but overall, I do not recommend this...

Had a fantastic meal at Juli Chinese Kitchen! We came with some Chinese colleagues (one of whom recommended the place), and they were absolutely thrilled—which is always a good sign when the restaurant is full of Asian diners.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our meal. I tried the chicken gyoza and the roasted duck—both were delicious, with the duck perfectly crunchy and full of flavor.

The restaurant isn’t tied to one specific region of China, so the menu has a nice mix of dishes. We were able to pay by card and easily split the bill. Highly recommended for authentic Chinese food in Vienna!
