Kleinod Stadtgarten — Restaurant in Vienna

Do not go there. If a place is this pricy, the one thing you could expect is good service - but no, not here. I made a reservation for about ten people at 8.15 - we were reluctantly brought to our table at 8.45. No real apology and then we decided we would take matters into our own hands and order a round of shots. They did not offer taking that over so we asked nicely for it in the end. You know what the managing whatever person had to say on that? He dared calling us cheap with a paid (!) bill of over 500€ plus tips - for shots that cost like 26€... We just wanted an acknowledgment that they were sorry for letting us wait 30 minutes without a single apology. I am not sorry about calling this "manager" names because he does not have the slightest idea what it means to be in a service position - serving well...

We visited Kleinod Stadt Garten with a group of friends and spent over €300, expecting to have a good time. Instead, we were met with unprofessional and disrespectful treatment from the staff, particularly the security team.

One of my friends walked outside with her drink, which we were allowed to do. Yet, without any proper explanation, the security guard rudely confronted us and went so far as to call me "stupid." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially considering the amount we spent at this establishment.

Our evening was ruined, and we left feeling humiliated and angry. I strongly advise against visiting this place if you value respectful and professional service. There are plenty of other venues in Vienna that offer better treatment and atmosphere. Avoid Kleinod Stadt Garten...

I was really excited to visit Kleinod x L’autentico given I know both stem bar and restaurant but it was a huge disappointment… the quality of the dishes and the drinks is incomparable to the main branches.

Drinks were extremely sweet and fake tasting (had a couple of the spritz).

Pizza toppings were not good. Ricotta was flavorless and of bad texture. Ham was clearly old.

Service was unfortunately very bad also but that can be because our waiter was new. You could see him struggling. The pizza was brought to us without cutlery. We had to eat it cold. The dishes he brought were even dirty.

The environment is very nice for which I give one star.

The owners should re-evaluate the whole concept as it still carries and damages the name of the good quality Kleinod and L‘Autentico...
