Atmosphere Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Vienna

I was here a few years ago before COVID and it was great and now recently went back and it was a huge disappointment. The food was really bad this time. Just cold/canned things quickly thrown together. The drinks were okay but also not worth the price. What shocked me the most was the terrible and disorganized service. The staff had no manners and it seemed like they were circling around every 3 minutes and constantly asked to take our order and if we wanted refills- disrupting our conversation. Then when we asked for a blanket, which they should have offered themselves, it took 20 minutes to get it. One of the staff members did not speak German and misunderstood when we wanted to pay the bill. Instead of itemizing it for each person, he split it. When we tried to explain it, he got angry. We then asked for the manager and the staff member refused to get a manager and then just ran away. We asked another staff member and he solved the problem immediately. This was my second time here and unfortunately the service in the bar is very disappointing. The waiters are extremely inattentive and all seem to be only apprenticed. Empty snacks and glasses are unfortunately the rule, drinks where the decoration falls into the glass when serving and lack of calculation skills when separating the bill are unfortunately apparently not uncommon. The chairs do not all have armrests and are not comfortable overall. Overall, it is very drafty, the access via a staircase not exactly comfortable (this is also the way to the toilet - yes, to a single one! The condition and cleanliness of the toilet left much to be desired even on the first visit). The floor is also not suitable for high heels and the lighting was also not pleasant. Worst visit in my life. We wanted to make a reservation on the phone and the lady told us that no reservations are accepted, just come by, when we came, there was a free table, first the waiter accompanied us to the table and after a few minutes another waiter comes and tells us that the table is reserved, I said how can it be? I called a few minutes ago the lady said no reservations will be taken! and the unfriendliest waiter so that he didn't want to hear any more said to us, please leave the table free.
