NORDSEE Wien Rotenturmstraße — Restaurant in Vienna

We passed through one of the Nordsee branches and decided to take away. We have all time visited the Nordsee and have the app to make point collection. The male staff called Roy was very impatient and won’t allow us to have 50% discount for the bread after we have logged in our app . He said he doesn’t have extra time for this as he has other things to do !! ? There has no any other customers and just us to order the take away food? Such an impatience male staff and I have no idea why he is working in service industry since he is not having any patience and friendly characters ?

Decent Seafood, Stopped by NORDSEE Wien Rotenturmstraße for a quick bite, and it was an okay experience. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The seafood was fresh, but the portions felt small for the price The atmosphere is typical of a fast-food chain—busy, a bit noisy, and not the most comfortable place to sit for long. I do not recommend this place to anyone! If there are not so much guests the food you gonna get isn't going to be fresh like i bought two meals the wedges wasn't fresh it was made about a couple of hours ago same as the fish and by the way the fish came with it's skin 😕 and the place is really dirty like though (floor/tables) and the cutlery was so dirty both spoons and knives like they had some sort of old sauce on it 😐 plus the food is too overpriced for what you get so long story short: Don't go there if you wanna have a...
