If I could give 0 star I would! Today was the first time I came here and for sure this would be the last. Never have I ever experienced such bad-mannered service like here. As we entered there were 3 staff members making tea for other clients. They all saw us, gave us a glimpse and turn their backs on us, without say hello. Another staff member came out from the kitchen and started to talk with the others, she saw us, and ignored us, saying nothing. We stood there 5 minutes waiting for them to take our orders. But nothing happened. I then asked if I could order, one of them said "Right now we can't because we are making the bubbles" and then turned her back to us to talk with the others again. Excuse me, there are also other drinks on the menu without bubbles! They could have at least said hello to us, taken our orders and then let us know we have to wait. I mean what kind of attitude was that? I then ordered cream taro cheese bubble milk, and it was just taro paste with milk and tapioca pearls - but it was listed as bubble milk and costs 5,50? Sorry...
Read moreIt was our first time to visit this bubble tea shop during the covid-2019 period at the end of April 2020. We ordered rose oolong and blueberry bubble tea drinks. We have been to many countries to taste the bubble tea drinks and I would say this is the WORST and HORRENDOUS bubble tea drinks I had in my life! The pearls (tapioca) seem like the fake and low graded Tapioca pearls (the tenderness and the whole chewing is weird and tasteless and no natural tapioca aroma at all) , the beverage itself had no enough ice and the whole drinks were tasteless. I had thrown the whole beverages after sipping a bit . Won’t recommend to spend euro 5,99/ beverage for such a horrendous bubble tea drinks ! To the owner : please go to Asia to learn the real bubble tea and open up. You deceive the local people with wrong bubble tea taste! It was our first time to visit and also the LAST time to visit this...
Read moreNot very authentic compared to other bubble tea places. And that isn't the main problem here, its the lack in quality and lack in satisfaction that would keep you from coming here. The Matcha milk bubble tea lacked everything you'd be looking for in a Matcha like drink and the tapioca pearls are hard, extremely chewy and tasteless. I would really recommend the owners to learn from more authentic shops or overall try to improve their quality and taste that would befit the price they demand. My visit there was a huge let down since everyone was praising it so much and I'm disappointed to say that I would not go there again. I'd rather make homemade bubble tea than spend 6 euros on something that would cost no more than 4...
