04.04.2024 We visited Trattoria L’Oliva without reservation and İlkin seated us amongst other reservations. His service was impeccable throughout our meal and the best we have received from him, and his staff. We were a family of 4 with 2 teenagers 15/18 and we went with the apprehension of the review about smoking within the restaurant…. No smoking happened until we were paying at the end…. The ambience of the restaurant is calm and traditional and we felt blessed to have e found this little gem. The food was magnificent, the best we tasted whilst in Baku and the service was second to none. We have dined in many places globally, and Tratorria L’Oliva sits right at the top… From the pizza’s, to the shrimp ravioli, to the affogato to the tiramisu to the drink selection… all was top notch. I recently dined at this Italian restaurant and had an overall fantastic experience. The ambiance, service, and, most importantly, the food were all top-notch. The flavors were authentic, and the menu offered a delightful variety of dishes that catered to different tastes.
