Wow, The conch salad was out of this World! Sonia make it right in front of my eyes :-) It was incredibly fresh, delicious and just what I was looking for in Nassau. This local spot is a must. We were lucky enough to choose Bangs out of all the other options in Potter’s Cay. Edward had us go out to the dock and showed us how the conch is removed from the shell. He prepared the conch salad like a sushi chef in front of us. He has excellent knife skills. I had conch fritters and fried barracuda which were delicious.
