When we first arrived at the door there wasn’t a host or hostess at the door to greet/welcome us. The Asia chef were working their side stations next to the door was the next best thing.
A server/ bartender walked past saying you can dine upstairs, while we did mine dining upstairs, we were not given an option. Which was very unaccommodating and distasteful.
Once we got upstairs a bus boy came over to give us there menu and then advise us that the upstairs closes at 9am even though we sat at 8:30pm. It became obvious that everyone there accept one person our server was watching their time and just want to pickup and leave.
I can’t remember our server name even though I had to ask him his name. He wasn’t a bad server, I would just recommend more hospitality training for the entire team.
Food was delicious as always and truthfully the only reason I keep coming back, and the prices aren’t that bad.
Seafood sushi has always been my number one sushi spot, I would just like to see management invest in training their team. A lot of Bahamian will not express their opinion, they just won’t come back.
It would be nice to see a beautiful hostess greeting you...

Read moreThe service there is terrible and unprofessional. I would not recommend if you want to get a meal and feel comfortable. My unpleasant experience happened after a recommendation by a friend. I called to place a takeout order about 5 times. The restaurant did not pick which is understandable during the lunch rush. So i drove there to place the order. Left to complete some errands which took approximately 45 mins to an hour. The order only consisted of the beef short ribs meals. I returned to pickup after the lunch rush and the meal was not ready. It was not even placed. So i then waited an additional 20 minutes for the meal to be prepared. I was not given a discount or compensation of the terrible service. The meat was also undercooked. Sigh worthless the worst asian restaurant by far on the Island. Waisted $25 and my time. For a...
