Frank & Lola’s Pizzeria — Restaurant in New Providence

Went for dinner as we were staying at the hotel.

On arrival the host looked like she hated every second being there. When we asked for table for 3 she merely glared and wandered off. Place was empty also….

She “beckoned” us over to a table still not saying a word.

Once we were seated the server was a little more friendly. Took our order and food was fairly fast.

Reason it was fast was because the meatballs were literally cold inside. Marinara sauce was also cold.

My pizza was ok, little soggy and while I expected pesto as I was told it had that on top. Didn’t expect dollops everywhere….

Probably the worst meal we’ve had in Nassau and will not be returning.

Average (slightly below) food I can tolerate when at an in hotel restaurant….but awful service is inexcusable…..if you don’t like people or smiling - then get a...

Worst meal in Nassau. I have food allergies to red sauce and corn. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza and specifically asked for corn to removed from the BBQ pizza. Pizza came with red sauce along with BBQ sauce but it was never in the description. We kept the pizza and as my kids were trying it, they found corn.

Asked to have an additional pizza made. The Margherita pizza said it had garlic and oil and the waitress told me they put red sauce on it too. So I asked to have the red sauce removed. There was no fresh basil ask described. Then they charged for every soda refill my husband ordered.

The waitress was not super friendly, but did the minimum required of her.

Pretty disappointed overall with this establishment and surprised that it is a part of the resort. If I could have given less stars I would have. Save...

Frank and Lola’s is hands down one of the best pizza spots in Nassau! From the moment we walked in, Denise and Lathario made us feel so welcome – their service was friendly, attentive, and full of genuine warmth.

The food was absolutely incredible. The calzone was the best I’ve ever had – perfectly baked, stuffed generously, and bursting with flavor. The Margherita pizza was just as outstanding, with a perfectly crisp crust, fresh mozzarella, and basil that brought everything together beautifully.

Between the top-notch food and the excellent service from Denise and Lathario, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend if...
