First timer at Margaritaville N. I was extremely impressed. To start, I travel for work and it has been very stressful lately with Covid. Upon arriving at the establishment (which I did not stay at as my company put me elsewhere) for dinner. Upon arrival the security outside was very strict about letting anybody in who did not have a vaccine or a negative Covid test. They will check you at the door! However, all are welcomed! 😇 You will walk in… you will sanitize your hands and have your temperature checked. The staff is very friendly, and they have positive vibes and are eager to see all travelers. My coworker and I decided to go for dinner at the “vacation café” one of many restaurants on premise which I highly recommend. It’s important to note the hotel is brand new, they have only been open three months. We were seated, and well greeted. Ian was our server and he was fabulous! He was well educated on the menu. Very welcoming and made me my favorite drink, a “orange crush” with cherry on top and orange slice on the side. I was excited to eat off their menu as they had a lovely assortment of seafood. My coworker got the guava ribs which were absolutely amazing, he said they were the best ribs he’s actually ever had! I can attest to this as I may have helped finish his meal ;) I on the other hand had the lobster salad. It was so pretty I didn’t even want to eat it! Had to snap this picture. They followed up the meal with hot towels with lemon which made me feel luxurious. I am a big foodie and I like to rate my overall experience based on the atmosphere, the staff, the food, the service, and the timing. I can wholeheartedly say I can give them a 10 out of 10! I am no critic, as I work for the airlines. However, I will make sure I book at the Margaritaville for my stay the next time I am in Nassau. If you’re thinking of staying whether it be with children, or not I believe you will love every bit of this hotel! They have multiple restaurants, a wonderful waterpark with great upkeep. They do daily admission for those who are not staying at the hotel which includes a lazy river, slides, and wave pool for surfers. Parents can watch their kids try to surf as they have a cocktail at the water park bar with view of the beach. Can’t wait to be back! - next time I’ll be sure to order the chocolate nachos for dessert 😆 yum! - Paige

We had the displeasure of dining at Margaritaville for dinner. We had anticipated higher prices due to the fact the restaurant was located near the Atlantis resort but expected at least some decent quality food. The reality is that the food and drink were mediocre at best. We ordered a mango daiquiri and pitcher of watermelon margarita. The margarita was decent. The mango daiquiri was tasty but tasted like it didn’t have any alcohol at all. Keep in mind I did not order it virgin. It’s possible the waitress thought I wanted it virgin so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. For food we got the fried conch, steak fajitas, conch and shrimp pasta, grilled fish tacos, and fried fish. The steak fajitas were some of the worst I’ve had. The tortillas were hard and stale. The steak was overdone, soggy, and lacking in flavor. The guacamole that came with it was small in portion and somehow watery. The shredded lettuce tasted like it had been frozen and thawed over and over again, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was actually a week old. The best thing on that platter was probably the pico de gallo. The fish in the fish tacos were actually decent. The rest of the ingredients paired with the taco, however, ruined the dish. The fish was best eaten alone with the accompanying ingredients left out. The conch and shrimp pasta was pretty decent. The Alfredo flavor was good, but for nearly $40 I had hoped for more seafood. Again, keep in mind the location and resort pricing. I did not try any of the fried fish but was told it was dry and left something to be desired. Overall, Margaritaville was an establishment that closely resembled a more expensive and somehow more disappointing version of Chile’s. You’re better off spending your time and money elsewhere to get better tasting food. The drinks were not bad but given the fact you can get drinks literally everywhere on the resort side of the island I would recommend skipping Margaritaville entirely.

If I could gave zero as my review and still be able to make a point I would. Let me start off with I blame both the waitress and the management staff at the facility for poor training. As we arrived to the restaurant it started off well We were seated promptly but after this point everything started to go bad. We start off by placing our orders for drinks and we had a few questions about the menu One of the question was concerning the size of the lobster because that determined price as it listed on the menus market price based on the size. Your waitress had none knowledge of the pricing Which in my view it's a little bit of problematic but not a big deal after she came back and gave us the different sizes that was available she never came back and told us the price she had to go back to inquire about the price. First example of poor training. We place our order ask for water and drinks for the table if we didn't ask for water wasn't going to be provided water. she came back with bottled water That's not a problem. The problem came when I had to go search down a barback to ask for cups and ice. Your waitress was MIA..the food was the worst I ever had. My wife and l have gone to a lot of different locations to eat at Margaritaville this location I would tell you to avoid. The service, food is bad,the management is non-responsive to the customer complain. If we had a option to list trash or worthless I would. gratuity is automatically added to the bill for the bad service. I attached a copy of the bill so you can see. Me personally have no problem paying gratuity for service rendered if the service we receive was ok but the service we receive was awful and I had to ask for my change back which totaled a additional $7 guess she was expected to get additional tip.

I came in at 10:30am with my husband and 3 yo No daughter on july 3rd 2024. We had a tour for 12 noon and thought to catch breakfast at this restaurant, my daughter ordered fries and pasta and my husband and I ordered some other foods with some drinks. My daughter’s food came out first and as it hit the table, I saw a very long hair wrapped up in the fries, i pointed it out to the server (DONNA) and I told her to ticket away and exchange it please. She hurriedly left with the plate of food and within five minutes, came back and said that it was changed, and that the chef dumped it out and gave us a new one. I could immediately see that the food still had the same hair in it and when I’ve decided to dig through it, there was even dust and cobweb in the plate with more hair as if the fries fell and they put it back in the plate. Server Donna lied about changing the food and acted as if she changed out the food when we pointe Out that she brought out the same plate. I am so disgusted and traumatized by this. My poor child was so hungry she reached for a fry and i had to slap it out of her hand. We cancelled the rest of our order and DONNA still brough The check and added gratuity for her self. Donna you have no shame. I will never return to this establishment.

Drinks were good but small for the price. The food was not so good. The spinach dip that was to be a appetizer was served with the dinner ice cold. So our slowest waitress in the world took it back and was seriously gone for 20 minutes. While she was good we were waiting because we didn't get out sauces for our food. So now the dip is hot and our food is cold. You should of keep the dip because it was so awful no one was going to eat it. So we ate our cold food asked for the check. After 10 minutes she still didn't come back to get it. So my husband went to the bar to get them to ring it up. I can tell you why the service is so bad because they add the tip. Which if you pay attention you can clearly see it. But that being so and even after making a point my husband says after we left I only left her 10 percent. Which was on top of the 15 percent. So until one pays attention the service is going to suck. Pay attention to the reviews and stay away. I added a copy of my bill. Very very sad. Shame on you. Please save your self stay away. Almost forgot we ask to substitute the fries for different sides she said that would be 2.99 . Nope. Also we asked for one bottle of water she brought us two said don't worry about it. A course not because she charged us for both.

Skip it - there are better options for the price. I didn't think it was possible to screw up a Margaritaville resturant, but life is full of surprises! 🤣 The vibe: the washed-up ghost of a bar where no one wants to be, but the name tricks tourists into keeping it alive. We sat outside between the derelict pool bar and the fragrant docks. We heard 1 Jimmy Buffet song over the course of ~2 hrs. The stray cat visited our table more often than our server did. The "security" man on the other side of the fence by our table was more enthusiastic offering me "Cuban cigars" from under his jacket during our meal than our server was the entire time. The good: solid ahi tuna poke nacho appetizer! It earned the 2nd star all on its own! The bad: everything else was bland. Unremarkable food, unremarkable drinks. The whole place felt like it needed a hug. All and all - there are better places to buy overpriced food much closer to Atlantis. Skip! Be advised: everywhere on Paradise Island adds an automatic 15% gratuity and 10% "value added tax" to your bill, regardless of the level of service provided. Expect service to be slow but the food to be hot.
