When I tell you this is the brightest spot of the resort you won’t want to leave. You wanna know why? A nice man named Tristian (Tristen?) may be the most talented bartender in that entire Caribbean. My friend and I sat at the bar right in front of Tristian and watched him work his craft. We had ordered an old fashioned and a Negroni before and began watching him methodically make drinks and guess what he was making. We decided to give Tristian a real chance to show his creativity. And boy am I happy we did. We told him to make us any drink he wanted. We just didn’t want something with rum or something too sweet. Those were our parameters. My friend and I began an omakase journey of a lifetime. 4 perfectly crafted drinks came in one after the other (my friend and I split each one). Topped off by an espresso martini that will downright knock your socks off. The strongest yet smoothest martini I’ll ever have in my life, and it’s actually not even close. The drink hits you 3 different times on each sip topped with a creamy milk foam whip cream that will have your tastebuds dancing. I get a rush just thinking back about this drink. Tristian is in a league of his own. And better yet, he’s a sweetheart and creates every drink like it’s his first. And you wanna hear the craziest thing? When we finally got our bill the only things on it were that original old fashioned and Negroni we forgot we even drank an hour prior. Pure class act. If you find yourself at the Atlantis resort, do yourself a favor and check out this spot. Get a bar seat, ask for Tristian, and enjoy the show. He may even be gone the next time you show up. Finally realized his potential and moved on to the next step. For now he’s just raw passion and raw talent. Get him...
Read moreAs much as we wanted to love this place as we did the first few times we were here ( each time was amazing) , the last time our server completely ruined everything for us ! One of the workers was telling us what to do while he was chatting/hugging with the girls walking by instead of taking orders and simply doing his job! Mean and rude attitude towards people with a kid that wanted to enjoy their evening! You should carefully train/pick your stuff! Kicked a child out off the table with a slice of pizza and said it was okay to STAND next to the table and eat it but not sit next to parents while we were sitting outside..... could've just normally tell us that outside food isn't allowed than forcing us write this review because of his rude manner and attitude yelling at a kid like its a normal thing! Mind you our kid was eating an ice cream here the night before and noone said a thing!!!!!!! Otherwise we had a great time here all other days/night and enjoyed our drinks! The rest of the workers were super friendly and polite! Only This one guy ( he said his name is Khaleel.... may be misspelled ) treated us like he was doing us a favor! The first time I ordered a drink he literally brought half a cup with a drink already with ice and when we told him he said it was a wrong one... ended up bringing a huge one after... 🤦🏻♀️ And yeah, side note..... its ok and understandable of outside food isn't allowed, it can just be told in a different manner so we would put it away with no issues and complaints.... we still ended up having 3 drinks which...
Read moreDilly Club initially caught our eye as we walked past, but we decided to save it for the way back. I'm glad we did because from the outside, it’s a charming hidden gem that instantly piqued my curiosity. The moment we stepped inside, we were transported to a relaxed, tropical paradise with a fun Florida, pink flamingo vibe that created a super chill atmosphere. The interior design was playful yet inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Despite the fact that it looked popular and I could see they had a good number of staff on hand, my sister and I arrived in the late afternoon around 2 pm. We came in primarily to do some work and enjoy a casual break. I ordered a macchiato, which was just right to keep me energized after a long morning, while my sister opted for the Mama Maggie, a drink that the server mentioned was very popular among customers. It definitely lived up to the hype and came in a cute piggy cup! We loved everything about the place—the vibe, the friendly service, and the overall atmosphere. Before heading to dinner, we decided to share a snack: Ginger Pork Bao Buns. They were bursting with flavor, very satisfying, and had a nice balance of spice and sweetness. However, I felt that the dish could have benefited from a touch of freshness—perhaps a few greens or herbs to brighten it up (peep the pic for reference). All in all, Dilly Club has become one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m at Atlantis. It’s a cozy, laid-back place to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy some delicious bites. Definitely a hidden treasure worth...
