Milk and Cream — Restaurant in New Providence

I was overcharged by $100.00 for the last scoop of Rum & Raisin and a cone…I called and left a msg for Margaritaville Bahamas cause this ice cream place is connected to them & NO ONE NO ONE has called or texted/emailed me back from the accounting dept. I left msg w an operator as I was told to do. While in the Bahamas I tried to pay w my Apple Pay at this spot because it’s cashless (right?!) but was then told they ONLY take cards at this establishment and so a physical swipe was needed. I asked the lady to hold the ice cream which she’d already prepared on a cone for me & I walked all the way back to my room at the sister property, British Colonial, & returned w my credit card…I asked for a sugar cone & told her I don’t mind paying for the regular & sugar cone (u live once -right?)…she tallied up the order & I swiped my card…as I’m going over my bank statement I find a charge for $123.75!!! This is unacceptable. I can be understanding about an expensive ice cream cone but ain’t no way I’m sitting still for this - error or not. I will be writing to Margaritaville about this...

So this place is owned by margaritaville.. when I went in they barely had any ice cream… middle of June. Hey management .. get your shit together a place that this would sell out with the right leader every day. Clearly management needs to look in the mirror and say I’m the problem.

I had a bubble tea and some cookies.. both delicious however watching ppl walk out because they had 3 flavors available. Lost revenue.. clearly management needs a revamp letting a gem like this not be giving proper stock...

Ordered 2 bubble teas. One was listed as "Iced Milk Tea" and the ingredients were only black tea, condensed milk and tapioca pearls. The drink came tasting like coffee. When I asked, the women said there was also coffee in it. For someone who hates coffee, this is an unfortunate surprise that completely changes the flavor of the drink.
