The Bistro Bar & Grill at Courtyard — Restaurant in New Providence

We didn't actually eat in the restaurant. We sat on the beach and had some drinks. You pay to sit on your own private, covered beach couch. The price includes 4 free drinks. The staff were top notch. Very friendly and attentive. The beach was full but not overcrowded. Music and entertainment was great.The only problem was at the end of the night, the beach was a mess! People threw garbage everywhere, and the poor staff had to clean. They did an excellent job, and quite a few guests, all Canadians, were disgusted by the lack of respect for the staff. This (not so much) restaurant is located inside the Marriott Hotel. You go to the bar, look at the menu, order & pay. They give you a number, seat yourself & find a table to place your number on. They bring your food once ready. Food was really good! And presentation was 10/10. Not so much to say service-wise, they just take your order at the bar and that’s it. However there are plenty of tables/seats to choose from. You do not need to be staying in the hotel to eat there. They have take-out as an option as well. My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott here in Junkanoo Beach and was very pleased. The Bistro is a hotel bar and restaurant primarily suited for the hotel guests. It is not a traditional sit down restaurant, but rather you go up to the bar to order and then sit down at a table and the food gets delivered out to you. We did not eat dinner here, but had breakfast each morning and was very pleased.
