Marpha sushi — Restaurant in Bruges

Hi everyone, Share my experience of a very disappointing place. Firstly the price are a bite overrated but putted on a side, Ok. But I order one of the two vegetarian plate : homemade lasagna. My girlfriend order salmon toasts for 14€. The salmon toast were very light. 4 mini half toasts with three slices of smoked salmon. The lasagna were not vegetarian and I noticed beef in it. I told to the waiter and he told me that they hadn’t vegetarian lasagna so he gives me the beef lasagna.... Practical as a vegetarian After this disappointing the waiter handed me the menu to order something else, I chose the omelet. I had the best feeling in my life when I get eggs shell. The food is absolutely amazing! Try their dim sums, gyozas, sushi boat and also the pad Thai is very good! The staff is super friendly. During my recent stay in Bruges we went twice and the last time I forgot my handbag in the restaurant. (AirPods, wallet, cash inside…)! The owner had kept it behind the bar, tried to reach me and when I went to pick it up nothing was missing…

This restaurant deserves 5 stars for the amazing food and for being so honest! Totally recommendable!!! (And I have tried many sushi places in Bruges, price quality this one stands...

We arrived and it took a while before they took our order, despite that, the food arrived fast. We ordered pork gyosas that was pretty good and Teriyaki Beef that was a real nightmare. The beef was so hard/tough that we couldn't take a bite and so we had to ask for a fork and knife, even with that it was definitely hard to chew and eat. The waitress excused the chef saying that the meat was sealed and should taste like that, but we have tried it in other places and that was definitely a cheap quality meat full...
