I talked really politely, calm and privately to the owner´s wife and the waitress about the food, before even starting to eat the meal. I said that I will not pay for this and that I want to give it back (first time in my life that I even thought about returning food and finally did it). First they threw the bill on our table while my girlfriend was eating, but then the owner came, took the food under her nose away and kicked us out (very unprofessional but tolerable in general). When we passed the bar he yelled: "Go back to your own country!"...we talked only English and my gf is from middle east.
This doesn´t happened for the first time...read some other comments. The saddest thing: He is a foreigner himself as well as the waitress...he should...
Read moreBit disappointed with my experience! Paid €13 for a "samosa" plate.. was expecting nice big samosas, a salad, maybe some extra bits on the side. I got a plate with a bunch of tiny samosas, like the kind I could buy frozen as little appetizers and heat in the oven. Also got a very basic lettuce salad with no dressing. I was not really full by the end. At least the vegan options were clearly marked... However after my friend inquired about whether the samosas had wheat in them (she's wheat intolerant and wanted a bite), the waitress said "I don't think there's wheat in them, but there's egg" Uhh.. egg isn't vegan? And I've never seen a samosa made with egg! Luckily the chef confirmed there was indeed wheat but no egg. Still got me a bit worried and confused. Note: they don't serve tap water so you have to buy a drink. Nice selection of sauces were brought to the table (though only 2/5 were vegan) and I used some onion type dip on my salad, though no idea if that's what it was meant for. Overall I feel I did not get a €13 worthy meal. It felt like one that I would have whipped up at home myself if...

They have food that is friendly for all ages, allergens, and all else. We ate the pork pita, chicken with pineapple pita, felafel pita (which is vegan), lamb pita, and spicy kebab pita (all with gluten free pita) for main dishes. We ordered a side of gluten free fries too. There is also a sauce tray that comes out with your food which consists of garlic sauce, curry sauce, cocktail sauce, spicy sauce, and an onion chutney. Everything was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, they also offer gluten free beer! As a person with celiac/coeliac, I am always excited to find a place that’s safe. This is a safe haven - and...
