We walked past it and saw that is was more or less full of young people. We decided to eat there, the atmosphere was nice. After being greeted and sitting down at our table, we had to wait some time to get the attention of the waiter. (Too long if you ask me). Inside, it's really crowded. The tables are too close to each other, we could follow the conversations of others if we wanted. We ordered 'zucca a funghi', which was nice, it was a bit sweet for me (as expected when pumpkin is involved) - I like it spicy. First time I saw 'casarecce' pasta, cool cool cool. The pasta was indeed al dente as they told it would be. The portion size is okay, but if you're a big eater (or if you'te hungry), it might be not enough. The menu seems to be changing monthly, February has 1 vegan, 2 vegetarian, 4 meat dishes and a 'special of the week'. For some people, it might be wise to check the menu beforehand. I was going to round down my 3,5 to 3 stars, but because the price of a bottle of water (3,20 euro for 750 ml), I have rounded it up to 4 stars.

I love this pasta (lemon nduja and carbonara are my favourites), but there are few things that have to be pointed out. 1. The staff is awful. Even if the place is almost empty, I have to wait 10-15min til I gain waiter's attention. They are usually too busy with their phones.. 2. The music is way too loud. I understand it's cool for staff as they are all young, but it also makes it impossible to talk inside. (I thought it was a restaurant not a bar..) 3. Marketing advice - promote more your hidden treasure carbonara. I will also never forget the dude right after opening Nona Pasta refused to let me in saying the kitchen is closed and they are full (it was one hour before midday closing and the restaurant was empty). I hope he never found a job at horeca again. Just invest in people who want to work. I dream of prêt-à-manger boxes to take away for not having to deal with your staff. Anyway the food is always amazing :)

Delicious pasta, great crew, good vibes. That’s a good description of NONA Pasta. I was here on a Monday around 7PM. It was quite busy already, but I was just by myself so I didn’t have to wait that long. I had the ‘NDUJA AND LEMON Spaghettone with ‘nduja (spicy spreadable pork sausage), lemon and parmigiano reggiano with bread served with extra virgin olive oil on the side. Everything was delicious and very tasty! The pasta was cooked well and it wasn’t too spicy (my own personal opinion). It was nice to have bread on the side to scoop up al that savory goodness that was still left on the plate. Definitely highly recommended to spend some time here with friends/family and enjoy some good quality food!

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Where do I begin... Whilst in Brussels, my friends and I looked this place up for lunch and decided to try it. Initially, we were greeted by a very rude waiter, but we did not let that affect our experience. Whilst ordering, I noticed that dishes that had parmigiano reggiano and pecorino were labelled as vegetarian - both of these cheeses do tend to contain animal rennet, which makes them not vegetarian. I asked the rude waiter to clarify that these dishes were 100% vegetarian, and he looked at me like I was an idiot and rudely replied without any consideration and told me to go for the vegan option. As someone who works in a restaurant, you should be educated on differences between vegetarian and vegan, and also on ingredients in your dishes since there are only like 5 items on the menu!! Anyways, ignoring that we ordered our food, and I avoided any dishes that had products that could be non vegetarian. The food was ok but it wasn't anything special. Pasta was very undercooked and lacked seasoning; salt and pepper made it edible. Later, after we finished our meals we asked for the bill and waited like 20 minutes and no one came to take payment (please bare in mind other people who were not tourists got their bills and paid and left and we were still waiting), we walked to the counter and asked to pay. We wanted to split the bill 3 ways and the waiter made a big fuss about it. After wasting our time he could have at least taken 3 payments. Don't bother coming here. Oh and let me not forget to mention the dirty toilets... the rubbish in a waste bin was almost reaching the ceiling. Avoid...

We went there with my girlfriend and my parents to eat something light and not really expensive seeing the good ranking online but it turned out to be a nightmare due to a young guy named Emile (or Smth like that).

The food was average but the reason I am putting this ranking is because of the rudeness we experienced. My father needed another beer because he felt really hot and choked a bit, so he asked for a beer twice as within 10 minutes they did not bring it. After waiting for another 10 meeting a smart guy came with 2 beers leaving it on the table and telling us rudely '' when you order two times you will get two beers''. I told him that the reason we did that is because it did not come for 10 minutes and instead of saying sorry or something he answered in a rude tone again that they were busy and we should not have tell them again.

He was rude and really impolite resulting in confusion and made my parents feel like they did something wrong.

The food was also below average unfortunately. It was a regular Monday which turned out to be miserable because this person decided to talk rudely and be impolite to 2 old people for absolutely no reason.

At my surprise I learned afterwards that he was also a supervisor. Why you hire people who are rude and disrespectful to the...

When we entered at 16:20 on 24.01.2023, the first question of the waiter-looking person who greeted us was what did you look at and what do you want. I said why do people come here, of course we want to eat. then he said you should ask me and wait for me to recommend a place to you. I think we will get military training, we will not eat pasta !!! I said I'm looking for a place to sit everywhere empty, he turned his back and left without listening!!! I thought that the fact that we were Muslims because of our clothes offended the friend. Then he came and took our coffee cup on the table and banged it hardly on the table and said you can't put it here. and added disrespect to his rudeness. I explained the situation to the chef who prepared the dishes and he listened politely. Thanks to the chef. when we were leaving he was still laughing behind us saying good day like kidding. My e-mail address is here. If he has a problem about my type, religion, style, I wait for the disrespectful person who looks like that waiter to reach me via e-mail. I did not come to your restaurant to be disrespected. I want you to know that we are very complaining about this friend whose name starts with E.(I'm so angry that I can't remember even though I...
