This cafe is in a great location and they start serving coffee (and some fresh juices too) from quite early in the morning. The servers are very nice and friendly; the interior is neat and stylish; light is natural and warm; the adjoining room for the training of baristas and cupping gives the place a special touch; toilets are well-maintained -- the whole place is great. So, when in Sarajevo and needing to start your day (or even during the day) it is possible to get a good quality commercial-type espresso (or similar) from very polite people in a modern and well-designed place which also happens to be located...

It’s weird that this big place has only one guy to take orders, prepare coffee & serve people, no wonder how long it takes the customers to wait for someone to serve them.

We asked the guy that we want to order, he said I will come to your table after 10 mins!!!!! If I am going to wait for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order, how long I need to wait to get my coffee. I think the cafe needs more staff to take care of...
