Very mixed experience, food is really nice but service is very bad.
Conclusion: If you are ready for bad treatment (or racism I don't know) you will get really nice food, otherwise don't go there. Also smoking is allowed everywhere.
Food Food was really nice, tried the eggs benedicts, omelet and the Bosnian platter containig cheese, kaymak and dried meat, all was very nice. Only orange juice was nit good. Coffee was not good too.
Staff We were 4 people and a baby, we went their twice because food was very nice but after second time they confirmed they have very bad service. The first impression we get that we were undesirable by the staff as if they are forced to help or serve us, no welcoming and we had to find the table ourselves, staff totally ignored us when we ask if there is an available table. The guy (I think he was new) didn't communicate properly about the menu items at all, we asked for an extra piece of hotdog for each plate, he said it's not possible and they only have "hotdog" separate, we said ok to get surprised with a big sandwich of 2...
Read moreThe main concern during our visit was the allowance of smoking in areas where food is served. I was quite disappointed by how accommodating the establishment is toward smokers, and even more so by the lack of enforcement of basic smoking regulations.
In our case, several guests were openly smoking at one table, then moving to another to eat, and afterward returning to smoke again. This behavior went completely unchecked by the staff and created an uncomfortable and disjointed atmosphere.
The area is relatively enclosed and crowded, with limited ventilation, so the presence of cigarette smoke was overwhelming and significantly diminished the dining experience for us and our guests.
If you are comfortable being around smoke while eating, this may not be an issue. However, for those who expect a smoke-free environment while enjoying their meal, this is likely not the right place—especially given the apparent disregard for smoking rules and the lack of...

In the first part of the cafe is cozy, can’t say the same about the other parts, but the waiting time and logic of serving is just something.
We came with a 1,5 year-old baby, we were hungry and we knew what to take for the baby. But we had to wait for 5-10 minutes for the menu, then 5-10 minutes when our order taken, then around 10-15 minutes of serving the cake we wanted and which just was all that time near us. The point is that you can’t take it. The bakery staff should ‘prepare it first’ (put on a plate) and even after that you can’t take it, because the waiter should bring it to you. And he was on fire like he was alone that day for the entire cafe. Hungry little baby not only is disturbing her parents, but also other guests. Meaning - they don’t care much about the guest, rules first, despite they’re senseless.
Yeah, the breakfast itself was served even...
