I've tried this restaurant by today the first time. And I can recommend this exceptional restaurant to everyone with no cue. The service personnel are outstanding, taking time to have a gently small talk with their guests, always working quick and silent at the background and listen to all wishes of the guests. They are interested in to explain the idea of the restaurant owner and give you the feeling you can relax and come down for enjoying your time. The young kitchen crew where been excellent trained from the older colleagues. All parts of my fish meal was extraordinary. The menu card basically offers mostly everything what you want. The interior shows a lovly mixture of traditional and new age furniture presented with love. You will stay there as you are coming home. My rating will be a pure 5 star. We had the opportunity to stay in the LibertAs apartment upstairs for 2 nights during our visit to Sarajevo, which in itself was incredible and well worth the cost. We decided to try the restaurant for dinner, since our private tour guide said they are the best seafood restaurant in town. Both the service and the food was just as incredible as our stay in the apartment. We ordered a fish and truffle pasta. For the fish, they actually bring the raw fish out to you for you to pick exactly which one you want! Then you can request to have it cooked however you would like. They also debone it right in front of you after its cooked. The truffle pasta was also super delicious, a great pairing...

Incredible and unique upscale establishment, that definitely deserves Michelin recognition! As experienced food critic, I'm delighted when given such opportunity, to be able to share my opinion, hoping it will never loose it's quality in near future! Absolute 7 stars from me, including service, food (it was seafood for us all night) was exceptional, served and presented individually, starting from ladies, then man... every single dish was crispy fresh, like it was just this minute catch. We had numerous of rounds paired with excellent Croatian wine! Night to remember! With great company, joy, laughter and smiles! Hope to have many more of such...
