Overrated. I had a very bad experience in this place.

Overrated.

My drink (La Chica de Rojo, which was supposed to be authorial of the house) was too watery can I could barely taste the gyn (I then ordered a whiskey and it was just the same). I got a feeling they serve less for women (or for everyone).

I tried the Castilla de cerdo but couldn’t finish them because they were too salty. I couldn’t finish the second. I ordered something else, which was the croquetas, and they were just random.

Everything is served very little and are overpriced. I literally felt used and couldn’t enjoy my night.

Very tiny space, little to no space between tables; no privacy and hard to have a good time.

OBS: you don’t feel ok to be at the counter since it’s no narrow and close to the tables (the waiters have to pretty much touch you when they pass).

Needs improvements regarding putting themselves into...

This was my favorite restaurant bar in São Paulo. The best bar program and the food is really really good.

Thiago is doing beautiful, flavorful, balanced and really interesting cocktail at the bar. From the light refreshing to spirit and amaro forward and everything in between. Ingredient focused cocktails, thoughtful use of and intelligently portioned balancing ingredients results in carefully and precisely crafters cocktails.

And the food — delicious, flavorful, familiar and no distractions with unnecessary sauces or overly manipulative...

Opções gastronômicas interessantes, porém pelo valor cobrado... não justifica. O local, assim como o Tanit ao lado, é bem badalado. O Tanit é um restaurante espanhol com estrela no guia Michelin, portanto as filas de espera costumam ser maiores. O NIT tem opções de cardápio semelhantes (na maior parte dentro da gastronomia espanhola) porém o ambiente é mais descontraído, com uma atmosfera quase de um bar sofisticado. O atendimento é simpático e eficiente. A Cozinha é aberta e você pode testemunhar que a eficiência se extende a preparação dos pratos também. A carta de drinks parecia muito interessante mas pelo preço (cerca de 50 reais o drink) não achei que justificasse.. Nossa vontade era de provar uma sangria, mesmo que fosse somente uma taça, porém o NIT só oferece a jarra por um valor de cerca de 150 reais (era mais caro que o prato de fideua que serve de 2-3 pessoas!). Minha namorada optou por uma taça de vinho branco e eu, pela chope da Estrella Galicia. Os dois estavam bons; nada muito acima da média ou do esperado. De entrada, provamos papas bravas (uma releitura muito interessante), e o ceviche (que na minha opinião, apesar de ter um leite de tigre diferente, não apresentou nenhuma grande novidade no sabor). De principal, provamos o fideua com tinta de lula.. E como havia tinta de lula nesse prato! O sabor porém, estava faltando, pois a tinta em si não carrega muito gosto e nem a lula. Enfim, a experiência foi agradável porém nada a justificar cerca de 200 reais (ou mais) por pessoa..
