Burger King — Restaurant in Paris

I see reviews speaking of no airco, from 11 months ago. I see airco, but it's used as decoration. Somehow only one of the self order desks work. And somehow, from all the sodas, they only have ice tea. How in the world do you mess up so badly, that you end up only having one soda to serve your customers? And when I got the drinks, they were warm! The nerve of these people, to sell warm ice tea!? Just close the place down if you can't even do the basics right. Don't get me wrong, I am a huge Burger King fan, but this service is below standard.

There are just a few BK in Paris, but we have this stupid tradition with my girlfriend, we like to eat some burgers from BK so we walked at least 35 minutes to reach the Burger King Paris Opéra. This was the closest one. We were hungry and we ordered a lot of meal. 2 menus + 1 King Box or whatever is for the kids and 2 iceream something, but plus 1 was included with the kid pack. There was a big line, we arrived at about 12:15pm and we waited. We trusted the BK employees and didn't check the 2 bag what we got. I understand they were in rush but it made us really sad when we realized at home: not any Ice cream was in the bags. Rush hour is rush hour but we lost at...

If I could put zero stars, I would. Worst service ever. The staff was negligent enough to allow other people to steal part of my meal (two drinks), and then they blamed me for it... And when another guy was defending me, the manager shut him up telling him to wait for his order and that he's not talking to him in the first place. Then there was the part of the meal they did serve me. The burger was cold since it was waiting on the tray for too long before they remember to continue the order. The fries were cold as well. And well, the drinks didn't taste good enough to steal or fight for honestly. I'm not...
