L'une des caractéristiques inoubliables de mon séjour a été la vue à couper le souffle depuis le Rooftop Skybar. Surplombant Phnom Penh, le panorama offert était tout simplement spectaculaire. La combinaison de cette vue exceptionnelle avec le service attentionné a été d'une qualité remarquable. Ma chambre était un grand confort et d’une propreté irréprochable, les équipements modernes et le sens du détail ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour des plus agréables. En résumé, mon séjour à l'Hôtel Rooftop Skybar du 4 RIVERS HOTEL a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Je ne manquerai pas de recommander chaudement votre établissement à mes proches et collègues voyageurs. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour avoir créé une expérience aussi mémorable et raffinée.

Amazing view of the 4 rivers and the sunset, super friendly bar staff and we met the owner visiting from France . Do yourself a favor and go and watch the sunset and have a couple of beers. Will be a brilliant place to watch water festival and dragon boat racing in November.

We have been at both Skybars 3 times already. . very nice view of all the 4 rivers mergung.. the busy street below.. and bright lights in evenings.. the drinks served are normal affordable prices.. very friendly staff and super helpful.. come enjoy when you are nearby the 4 Rivers...
