This restaurant is outstanding! We’ve been regulars here for over 3 years now and we were shocked and overjoyed when we found it. Better prices than anyone else, and the food is all great! - and they’re awesome with making changes/substitutions. While we tried several things here, and they were all great, we quickly found a ā€œregular orderā€ that we get about 99% of the time. We get the Pork Spring Rolls and SatĆ© Beef Wrapped Onion. Delicious! Then hubs gets the Wor Shrimp Wonton Soup ā€œextra crazy super spicy pleaseā€ - My eyes start watering as soon as he takes the lid off of it. He LOVES it - they don’t hold back - it’s HOT!! And I get the Beef SatĆ© Soup with no noodles and a side of steamed veg. It’s SO prefect that I have a love/hate with the idea of doing this review. While this place is a small hole in the wall, few seats and wouldn’t be the greatest ā€œeat-inā€ experience, it’s no secret that it’s awesome. It’s ALWAYS busy and it’s ALWAYS worth the wait. I tend to order ahead and go pick it up. From about the second time I put in my ā€œregularā€ order, the guy there knew who I was and greeted me as such. I was super surprised. Since then I’ve always felt recognized. (Although I’m a terrible customer as I always forget his name - and he’s SUPER GREAT) This place is one of...

Over the years I've been here many times and honestly this place has lost the plot. Starting with the good, the prices are great for the quantity of food and some menu items are still good. Having said that, the value of this place has evaporated for me. The prices were always great and the food quality was up there in the past so it used to be worth the ridiculous wait. Online ordering used to be the answer so you could place your order, skip the line and then walk in and get your food. This place has changed. The lines are still insanely long and if you're unlucky enough to come for lunch and have to order at the till, expect at least 30 mins before your food is ready, even if you're only ordering a single sub. The wait before they take your order can be 10 mins or more. It's like no one working there understands how a takeaway restaurant works. The last time I tried to online order, the online order page was "closed" and they weren't accepting orders anymore. Maybe all of that would be forgivable if the food quality was up there but by the time my sub came I found that they had changed sauces and now the sub quality has gone from 5/5 or 1/5. That completely removes any residual motivation to brave the crowd and the line. I don't think I'll be...

I have to give them 5 stars. The price is best downtown. You guys can not compete with this. For 4 years since covid, they haven't increased their price.

Why? Because of the locals who supported them during covid, they told me personally that they won't be increasing it anytime soon as a way to give back to the communities. Plus, they work all day every day even when business is closed. As the way to make it up for increasing cost. They love what they do.

Other than the price now, the FOOD. It's great, honestly. It's great. The taste grows on you, and it fills you when you are hungry. If you are not picky about asian taste and want to try what Thai Thien has to offer, give them a go.

If you are a gym goers, number 35 is everything you need after your workout at goodlife. It's the perfect post-workout meal. It's been helping me lose weight since 2021 (with strict diet and calorie consumption, which takes into consideration). i was 240 lbs in September 2021, and now i am 180lbs feb 2023.

They have so many different choices, man. Idk give it a go. They are friendly and have great services. I've been going there since 2019 and will...

Trigger Warning: DISCRIMINATION We’ve visited this place at least 10 times, and we’ve always made sure to leave tips and clean our tables after eating. While the food has generally been okay, the service continues to decline. On this occasion, we decided to try their bubble tea for the first time, but the staff's response was frustrating. When we asked to order, we were told, "maybe not now, we're already packed." Honestly, how long does it take to make a smoothie? We’ve always been patient, even when it takes more than 20 minutes for our food to arrive. However, we were really upset when customers who ordered bubble tea just a few minutes before us (not takeout orders, but customers who also lined up) were served bubble teas right away. Maybe if you're white, you'll get boba right away and won't have to wait 20 minutes. It felt like the staff had no interest in taking our order or treating us with the same respect. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in service, especially after multiple visits. We may need to rethink whether we want to return.

If you’re looking for an affordable, flavorful meal that isn’t fast food, TTS is a must-visit! In fact, a meal (food and drink) here is often cheaper (around $12) than an A&W combo (around $15), making it one of the best budget-friendly options in Calgary. I've had multiple dishes from here, and each one has been packed with fresh, authentic ingredients and bold flavors! The only downside is that it’s not the nicest spot to dine in. There isn’t a lot of seating, and the place can get crowded quickly with people waiting for their orders. It can feel a little cramped, especially during busy times. Additionally, I’m not a fan of how they blast the radio. In such a small space, the noise from the kitchen and the chatter from customers is already enough to fill the room, and the music just adds to the chaos. That said, if you don’t mind the limited seating and noise, the delicious and affordable food makes it worth it every time!

It is our first day at Calgary. I am glad we found this small restaurant, in the late evening based on google reviews. I agreed with the excellent reviews. We have ordered a sub, one noodle soup and a beef bowl (came with shrimps, salad and a spring roll). We liked the flavour and fresh veggies. Unbelievable is the price, all costs only $23 dollars including tax and tips. This restaurant is small (not for large group of people) but provides a decent amount of food with nice taste. The service is amazing with cheerful smile and caring heart. Thank you for keeping it up and business must not be easy. A lot busier on the main Stephen Walking Avenue but this small one is right on the corner, on a relatively quiet road (It might be also very busy since I just noticed it is so close to the Tower). We picked up our car from Tower Parking Lot and flat rate is $8.4 on weekends. Very convenient location. Highly recommend it!
