New York Fries Edmonton City Centre — Restaurant in Edmonton

Terrible customer service. Girl worker was very rude.I am a regular customer of NYF but I had a bad experience from this store in Edmonton city centre. The staff was soo rude as if I came there for free food. Staff didn’t serve a correct portion of loaded butter chicken fries and when I went the next time to ask for extra gravy first she asked me to wait 10 minutes then later she refused to serve and asked me to pay extra. If I had to pay she could have told it before why she asked us to wait. When I asked for the supervisor or store manager number to contact she gave the store number and she was talking like a supervisor. She also said that as per the receipt the franchise name is Kamaldeep and her name is Rashwendher. It’s not the first time we’re visiting the NYF, but this time the girl was so rude at us. You guys really needs to work on customer service. Extremely bad service. Don’t visit Edmonton City Centre Store. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient while I decided on my order. The service was fast, and everything was prepared fresh and just the way I wanted it. I had a great experience at New York Fries! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service.
